Great locksmith and very personable. Showed up in his lock mobile which was awesome! I needed a special kind of lock installed and he informed me of how it worked and even noticed something else wrong with my door and told me to just keep an eye on it. Lost the only key I had to my ZX6R (motorcycle); only two places within an hour of my house said they could do the job, and the other locksmith quoted me $75 more under the reasoning that it 'would be really hard to do'. Richard came out, arrived on time, and cut a new key for my bike without any issue. Further, he made two more keys from the blanks I provided at no additional charge. To cap the job off, he showed me a mechanical fault in my gas cap that he noticed while working on the lock; I never would've seen it, as it was a small, seemingly insignificant part that was missing. He went on to explain why it was important and the harm its absence could cause to my fuel system. Richard's professionalism is unmatched; he made the new set of keys quickly, was extremely personable, and went out of his way to make sure I stayed safe while riding in the future. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I called to have a scooter key made by the code found on the gas cap he told me 25 bucks I can go on eBay and have the key cut and shipped to my door for 12 bucks they're overpriced they think they're the only locksmith on planet Earth I took in 3 Hyundai keys to have cut earlier in the year and they wanted like $30 a key to cut them even when I had the key myself I don't think so they need to realize they're going to run their self out of business because you can have it done cheaper online if they still want to stay in our city and have their business they need to wake up and realize their prices are way too damn High I still have not had my Hyundai keys cut because I'm not paying them $30 I can pay 10 more dollars and have the dealership do it

Wonderful experience with fantastic customer service! Richard was professional, experienced and a perfectionist. He was on time, explained our options and then went out of his way to be sure he installed just the right door knob hardware to match our existing locks, (even tho we told him it didn't matter to us, as long as it worked).
