Today as my third time to be at Crest Ford in Flat Rock Michigan, I am very pleased. My sales person has always shown professionalism! The sales person was Brent Rose and as I approached the building was awaiting and very responsible with this pandemic and put my safety above the sale. Very outstanding sales people here at Crest Ford. No buyers remorse and will be a repeat for four peat return. Thank you for your professionalism and concern for the customer over the sale

I should have done this 2 years ago. I bought my 2013 F150 from the used sales lot. Glenn Lackey was the sales person. At that time there was no F150 on the lot that went thru detailing let, but there was a F150 on the side of building. Well I was interested in that blue F150. My wife and I talked to Glenn awhile about it. He wasn't pushy about making a deal that evening. He told my wife, put down hundred dollars and I will hold it for 3 day so we can look over our budget. That was A+ for my wife. When I pick up my F150 and started out the driveway, a person stop me (Graham Mitchell-Service Tech) he mentioned that my engine shield was falling. So he climb under my truck and fix it.. A 2nd A+ I'm please with Crest Ford, Flat rock.Note to Crest Ford Management, I sure wish you would give a discount on parts for customers. I buy Ford parts from out of state dealer.

I went to Crest Ford Quick Lane where I had an oil change, tire rotation and car inspection. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door in a very professional courteous manner. My car was taken back the service was performed and I was on my way back home in a short period of time.

I will no longer have my vehicle serviced at Quick Lane. This was my first oil change since I leased my 2019 Fusion Hybrid vehicle from Crest Ford. Before I went to Quick Lane I stopped by Firestone in Southgate and was given a price of $48 for an oil change which I felt was high. It was explained to me that my vehicle requires a synthetic blend of oil. I explained I thought it was high but may be back. I then went to Quick Lane which is probably at least 10 miles away. At Quick Lane I asked how much for and oil change and was told it would be in the fortys. The service was quick but when I went to pay I was told $66.90 was the total. I was shocked and questioned the price since I was told it would be in the fortys. The same counter person said it was because it uses a special oil. I told him that I that I wouldnt be coming here again that I had just got an estimate from a Firestone for $48 where I was told about the synthetic blend of oil. I also told him I wish he would have told me this before because I would not have had it serviced. I could understand a few dollars more but not worth almost $20 more plus the extra miles to get there. Guess Ill have my vehicle serviced at Firestone from now on.

So far, I love everything about my 2020 Explorer. I bought the regular least expensive version (except paid the rapid red paint color) not the high-end, all extras version. It has so many options that come in the regular package that I can't even imagine what the upper-end level has. The only thing I wish it had is the driver seat memory so that I don't have to readjust it every time my husband drives. I'm pretty sure I can live without that. (Don't want to be a total brat~LOL)Also,I cannot say enough about Crest Ford Dealership! We've tried many others and Crest is by far the most honest, friendly and accommodating dealership we have been to. This is probably our 4th car from them and they never let us down!

The appointment went well. Repair of the start/ stop system was solved by replacing the battery, which had insufficient power to allow the system to work. Oil and filter were also replaced, along with tire rotation. I would have rated 5 stars if a courtesy shuttle service had been offered. Perhaps the service will be offered in the future, when the coronavirus has subsided.

I was in for a recall fix, the service tech was friendly and informative. The waiting area was clean and bright, there are windows that let in natural light and give a view to the vehicle service entrance and further in, a peak into the actual servicing area. There are plenty of seating options inco a table and a bar style section. They have a coffee station and a TV in help pass time.The actual service for me was quick and to the point, they even washed my vehicle! , that pleased me the most. I will definitely return for future service/repair needs.

45 minutes before I arrived to pick up my new truck, my salesperson called me to inform me that Ford Credit had changed the programs. The priced quoted me was $268 a month 4 days prior had and changed to $298 a month. Needless to say I was not happy. He called me back approximately 15 minutes later and admitted that it was his error. My sales person quoted me the wrong monthly payment because he had put in the wrong interest rate. The previous week, the same salesman gave me the price on the wrong truck and after I pointed out the higher price, he realized that he had priced the wrong vehicle. The salesmen then emailed me the wrong window sticker which of course did not have the correct VIN. Luckily I caught this before sending it to my insurance company. The sales manager was able to get me back to near the price I was quoted at. Overall I am happy with my truck but the experience has made me skeptical about further purchases.

First and foremost I must say, this is my 5th ford vehicle I have purchased from Crest Ford. Even when I moved around the country I drove back and purchased my ford here at Crest. There is something to be said of Chris Merriman and his sales approach. He is no gimmicks, no games, no b.s., just straight good sale w best price. He always goes above and beyond. The service dept at Crest is also exceptional the best I have used. They dont try to upsell usless 300$ oil changes, filters. Etc. They do the job fix the issue and send u on your way. I cannot say this of most other ford locations unfortunately. Which is why i chose to purchase in michigan qnd drive elsewhere and will conyinue to do so. Chris has helped me get financied when i couldnt, new tires when they weren't covered and thousands off my lease vehicles. Most recently close to 9k for the f150 I love. Hands down only place to go for A Plan and other sales/service needs.

Entertaining the thought of leasing a new 'around town' vehicle, I went online to find the specifications of the Ford Transit Connect. I was convinced this was mistake when I immediately began receiving emails from nearby dealers. I ignored them all but, after receiving a phone message from Crest Ford's manager describing an irresistible deal, I had to respond. Though nearby, Crest was one dealership I had never considered. Upon visiting them, next day, the manager greeted me at the door and introduced me to a salesman. The staff was friendly and helpful and, within hours, I was driving home in a new Transit. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience and I would certainly return there to lease my next car.

Im completely overwhelmed by the courteous and fast service. I was in and out for my oil change and tire rotation in less than 45 min. The last time I went to another dealer, I was there for over 1&1/2 hrs. While I was there , the gentlemen were helping another customer locate odd size tires for his truck .They were on the phone ordering them and getting him the best deal. Thats great customer service. Crest ford is now my go to service center

My first time leasing with Ford and I was not impressed with already having a new lease in the shop with only 12000 miles on it, for a month. However, that had nothing to do with the service dept and their performance. I was very impressed with Dave in service. Knowing it was very frustrating to have my car in the shop for so long through the holidays, he did everything he could to keep me on the road. He arranged a loaner car and called frequently with updates. Once the parts finally arrived he had me on the road quickly. Everyone was very professional. Coming from the nightmare at Dodge this was very refreshing.

I had all my spark plugs changed a few months ago here and my check engine light came on this weekend. So I take my truck into a different shop and the mechanic tells me I had a bad spark plug. Turns out only 7 of my spark plugs were changed. The 8th one is hard to get to on my model year I guess. The thing is the service guy at Crest Ford gave me 8 spark plugs. So they had to find an extra old spark plug to give me to complete this ruse. I will not be doing business with these crooks again.Edit: I'm editing my original post to bring more attention to it. This service center literally charged me for replacements they didn't make. These people are crooks.

After having my car for a year, and multiple trips to the dealer we originally got the car from to try and get the Ford Pass app to connect with our car we finally tried taking it to Ford Crest and they diagnosed the problem in less than 30 mins, called to let us know they were replacing the part and we could pick it up the next day, Im pleased to say that now our app works and no more shut off to save battery screen popping up inside! So THANK YOU FORD CREST!

Zero stars if I could. I emailed the dealership a simple question about one of their vehicles in stock. Instead of an answer I got a garbage sales pitch and put on a list of never ending emails of other BS that they sell. 6 emails in 3 days, each person less competent than the last. I cant image what would have happened if they got my phone number. I wish nothing but the worst on the entire organization and understand why people are switching to online options such as Carvana. I cant wait for dealerships to die out.

Will no longer shop here at this Ford. 5 years ago I bought a Certified pre-owned fusion and this month I tried to sell my car and found out it was in 3 wrecks right before I purchased it from Crest ford. Not sure how it could of been certified pre owned with it being in such damage prior. Also, no one ever mentioned this to me when purchasing the vehicle. Also, Ford is suppose to inform you with the car fax when its certified pre owned. After buying it, the whole front end needed to be replaced about a month or two in. Luckily I bought the warranty with it too. Took it for service, and they broke my seat cover on the driver side and tried to apoxy it back. Sneaky business here.

After unsuccessfully purchasing a Ford product at a downriver location I decided to try Crest Ford on Gibraltar Road.I was warmly greeted and could tell that these people wanted to sell me a new car. I laid my cards down on the table of what I wanted in a new vehicle and was surprised at the amount of vehicles that were in stock.The price on my 11-year old trade-in was very good. Together we worked out a good deal.Two days later I was driving off the lot with my new Ford. Couldnt be happier!

This is the only automotive repair facility ANYWHERE that I trust with my vehicle (Ford F-150). After finding out my longtime service garage was charging for the higher quality parts and installing low-grade ones after 10 years of loyalty, I happened to try them out in a pinch, as I worked at Ford's Flat Rock Assembly across the street at the time. That was almost 4 years ago, and I havent been anywhere since. The longest I have waited for an oil change, with NO appointment, was 2 hours, and I would say the average is an hour, which is incredible when I couldnt get into other dealers for days or even weeks at a time. The service personnel are top-notch, will try to save you money any way they can, and can be relied upon to go above and beyond on a regular basis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very very professional did everything they could to make sure I got the best price this is the second time I've came to Crest Ford 4 servicing of a car and after this experience I can tell you I will not be going anywhere else they got they gave me a great deal on two tires and not mounted and balanced mm and treated me very very well as well as I've been treated by any other place I don't know if their prices beat Belle Tire Discount Tire but I would gladly pay an extra couple dollars to be treated like a human being I want to thank the guys who did the work I want to thank William personally for showing what true customer service is
