We broke our ONLY key to our RV storage compartments...into 3 pieces!! We were panicked that we would have to replace all the locks. BUT Holland Lock and Safe were able to piece it back together, and hand carve a new key! We were also informed how to keep the locks clean to avoid it in the future!! They LITERALLY saved our butts!!!

Very knowledgeable and quick to give you the highest quality service. But prices are a little high sometimes. It's still cheaper to get your new car keys here then the dealer. And go here if you have your key stuck in the ignition. Its where all the mechanics send your car and then they double the price like they did something. Love this place

I couldnt be happier ! We got locked out of our camper on 5-11-19 and called Holland Lock and Safe . Bill showed up within 15 min of calling and had us back in business in 5 min . Bill Kimball was the hero of my night. My one year old daughter got locked in the car and I was crying and ready to call 911. However, we called Holland Lock & Safe, and Bill came within 10 minutes. You could just tell he was genuine and caring, and he worked extremely quickly. To top it all off, he told me it was free of charge...I was shocked! I cant thank you enough for your help, you saved my night and my daughter is safe...I will always remember that touching act of Service

We had a very hard time dealing with customer service i would not trust them ever again it started off with 70 then went up to 80 then he said 100 then charged 110 we paid leo 110 cash he took off with the keys no receipts given then called me to say that it was 180 so 70 more on top of what we had already paid for the service we got to holland safe the next day to try and sort the miss communication out but they got aggravated with use yelling at there customers me as in the customer had to take the situation under control and calm everyone down since i felt it was to the point you could call it aggressive and harassment.I decided it get it over with and just pay and leave turns out it was shy if 200 out the door for a set of keys that are not even programmed just cut.Just posting this so people are aware of the scam like service they offer Take your money else where and save yourselves time and money
