I had called Ionia lock &Key on a holiday weekend, not only did he answer and respond immediately he was able to repair and program my existing key to my ignition AND make me an additional key to start my ignition and one to keep hidden on my vehicle that unlocks the doors, I was astonished with the polite and prompt service. Dont hesitate to call! Highly recommend.

To Jon,Marisa,Matthew, Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You!!! Y'all Rock!!!! First,I embarrassingly lock myself out of my new house. Marisa,then Jon save the day. One job leads to more. I had no idea how diverse,talented and (Attention to Detail)this (Team)...Is. After getting me back in my house,I then find out they can install deadbolts, rekeying all doors,....to reinstalling bedroom and closet doors after a new carpet install. Meaning,they had to shave off the bottoms of my doors so they would fit and work properly. Hang on y'all ....i ain't done yet!...hahaha. Then,....they even repaired my vintage Sears garage door opener. I'm Amazed. Definately Satisfied. I Declare as much Blessing and Favor that I can to this Team of Outstanding people. Amen. Ionia Lock and Key was the only business able to help me with an older key in such a short time line.They worked behind the scene while I was driving to their store, yes they actually have a store which I really liked. The navigation sent me in the wrong direction so when I called back Jon stayed on the phone with me and gave turn by turn directions with land marks to help me navigate my way. Jon also stood outside to flag me down to ensure I made it to the right place. Jon provides explanations as to what I needed and why, found a better option for the keys I needed and was quick to get them made for me.Thank you to the staff at Ionia Lock and Key!
