Mark's is an excellent place to have missing keys replaced. I took a small coin bank to Mark in hopes that he could replace the missing key. Not only had he seen similar banks, but he was able to replace the missing key within a couple of days. He is the only locksmith in the Lansing area with the skills to do this. In fact, I was sent to Mark's by the locksmith at Hacks Key Shop! Five stars!

Just got off the phone trying to schedule an appointment. So rude and disrespectful. Wow. I dont know how others have said good things. One of the Marks as he calls himself unfortunately is growing old and very bitter and not happy. Time to retire sir. Your not all that.

Worst service Ive ever had. Purchased a $320 lock for my business. The lock was keyed by mark himself. Key doesnt work-Mark said not his problem- would charge me to fix it at his earliest convenience- one month from now. Will never use again and dont recommend.

Charged me double for a car key that ace hardware was able to do for half the price. And kept telling me come back tomorrow. When i asked him very nicely for my money back practically threw it over the counter didnt say a word apologize or nothing. If i could give 0 stars i would. Very disrespectful old man. Ill-mannered and disrespectful shop owner. Stay away from this place. He will treat you very rudely, take your money, and when your keys do not work and you go back to him, he will shrug his shoulders and tell you that there is nothing he can do. He would not even offer to smooth out the keys or run the machining again. Terrible experience
