My daughter had an accident and because she didn't know any better, she told the police officer it didn't matter which company was called. Quinns showed up. They were told where we wanted the service done on our vehicle. The driver confirmed that he knew which auto body we wanted the car dropped off at. Monday morning I find out that they took it to their lot so they could charge us for storage. They basically held the car as ransom, wouldn't drop it off unless the $750 was paid. I hope our insurance company comes after them for insurance fraud. They have no business towing cars. they will never tow another car for us, and I will make sure my friends and family don't use them either.

Insurance dispatched this company to pull my wife out of a ditch. I then showed up an hour later so she could go to work. I have now been waiting over an hour for a call so I reached out to my insurance company to find out they canceled. 2 children in a car stuck in a ditch for 2 hours. Thank you for the help.This is the same kevin that called you and was told a driver would be calling me. I also have the text stating 'quinns towing has been dispatched' I appreciate you putting my personal information on your response and anyone that reads this will truly understand how unprofessional you are.

Great people who know what their doing. But charge 600 dollars an hour. If you are a company driver their a great towing company to have tow your truck if your an owner operated find a different towing company if you can

John was really friendly when helping with my flat tire. I was in a harder location to find and didnt have service, he got there despite of bad directions from roadside assistance. Gave me a great recommendation to get my tire plugged. If you are in the luddington Manistee area and need help call these guys.

They showed up with a hook to tow a 4 wheel drive truck and the driver didn't understand why he couldn't tow it without disconnecting the drivetrain use caution when using this service

Our vehicle got stuck in mud in a Manistee Natl Forest Road- David managed to find us in the middle of the forest and got us out in a timely manner. He then proceeded to give us directions for the best non-pay camping sights. Would highly recommend!

Excellent, Fast, Friendly Service!!!!! Quinns's went above and beyond to help me out. I was attending a wedding reception in scottville, had a few drinks and knew better than to get behind the wheel. I called Quinns and they were there in under 10 minuets to transport myself and my truck back to the hotel in Ludington where I had a room. I was amazed at how quick they showed up to make sure me and my vehicle got where we needed to go safely! Good, Honest People.... Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Quinn's never showed up in a 2 hour duration and never called to follow up on tire change request. 6/30/2018 5 pm to 7 pm. Not a shining AAA moment in ERS request..or from Quinn's as the assigned service provider. Put the spare on myself in the end.
