My experience with this company was great and the locksmith, James, who had assisted me in the last few days was very helpful and knowledgeable. He alleviated my worries and gave lots of reassuring advice. James attitude changed the whole experience for me, he gave me my sense of security back, thank you so much!

I had James come to put a new lock in. We knew that this would not be a simple job and expected that it would not be cheap. What we didnt expect was for them to show up, not do the job, charge us for the service call, and blame us for them not being able to do the job. I understand if you dont have what you need with you to complete the job but you were able to drive to my location so I would guess that you could drive and get what you needed. If it was going to be an easy project I would have done it myself. I was told by James that his boss was going to do me a solid and only charge me $50.00 for the service call. In my opinion there was no service provided during their visit. I call professionals when the job will take some extra experience to accomplish so if you have anything that may take some effort to fix I would suggest calling someone else.

My eldery aunt lost her front door keys. I called Bergman Locks. The person on the phone was very courteous and he immediately sent out a locksmith to my aunt's house. The locksmith was friendly and professional and completed the work in short order. The price was reasonable and the keys worked perfectly.

Had them install an electronic key pad. When it stopped working after a week they came back and 'fixed' it. Stopped working again that same day. I asked to have them put my old dead bolt and knob back on but they 'disposed' of them without asking. A third trip back to fix it and now I have someone else's used dead bolt and knob, none of my old keys work and my door has holes in it that are scabbed over with aluminum plates that are secured with whatever random screws and rivets were rolling around the floor of their van. It's not the $1000 I'm out or the fact that now I have to buy a new door that's frustrating. It's the fact that anyone can walk away from a job and leave it looking like it does. The level of worksmanship displayed is just pitiful. I really wish I could upload a picture of it.

Charged almost 30% more than the original quote with no explanation for a simple lockpick service and unsnapped part of the bezel from the product in the process. The bezel snapped back on easily and the price was still reasonable, but I would have preferred a bit more honesty and care.
