After stopping by two other locksmiths with no luck, I popped into Redford Lock to ask about a replacement tailpiece for a Baldwin lock to convert my double cylinder lock into one capable of working with the August Smart Lock.The man behind the counter was helpful and polite, locating just the part I needed in just a couple of minutes from a grainy photo I had on my phone. When I tried to pay, he wouldn't let me! I'll definitely be back when I have larger (paying :) ) jobs. Couldn't be happier with the service I received -- and yes, the part worked!
