I called several locksmith and none of them was willing to help until I called A1. They were willing to fit me in on short notice and showed up when they told me and not only did they do a great great job, but also took an extra minute to show me how the lock mechanism worked and how he was able to make the key, which I thought was very cool! Needed a quick rekey of my house lock on a Saturday. Dave answered right away and offered to either come over, or stop by his place with my lock. He re-keyed my lock in about fifteen minutes in his mobile shop and I was on my way. Very nice to work with and a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!

Locked my keys in my car, had groceries locked in my trunk that needed tended to ASAP and A-1 got to me in under 30 minutes from the time I called, and had my issue fixed within minutes. I had a key break off inside of a ignition switch. I called Dave who was able to fit me into his schedule right away. He was able to extract the broken piece of the key from the lock in a matter of minutes. He then offered to cut two new keys for me as well. Great customer service experience at a reasonable price!

Dave and his wife works like a team. They are awesome. I had ignition key issue on my 2002 Chrysler Voyager were the ignition key was stuck. Dave and his wife did it all under 1hr on a Cold April day(at a windy 32 degree weather) . On top of that Dave gave me a discount because I was short on cash. To Dave and his wife. Big shout out to Dave and Tonya for coming to my rescue. My car key broke and I called Adrian cyclery because they made the broken key. The gentleman informed me they had no one to do a service call so I would have to have it towed in or make an appointment for the following wk and nothing was available for 4 days. I called Dave and in a matter of an hour or so he had my new key made and coded ... while working in the rain. Always dependable, available and reliable. Thanks guys!
