I called this morning and was greeted by a less than enthusiastic woman. I told her my dilemma. I was imiddiately put on hold. I waited,waited,waited,waited... Etc,etc.What a waste of time. Plus after I hung up. No return phone call. I called another company and within 15 minutes. I was in my garage. Trust me this place sucks!!!

Would be nice if they returned calls and had employees who would welcome new business. Not sure how you all made it this far with employees that conduct themselves in a very rude unprofessional manor. Maybe new staff will help take your business to the next decade, but if you dont I dont see you all going much further with any success. Hope you take these reviews and change something before it's to late and another local business closes.

My house was recently robbed so I called Tuesday to have the locks re-keyed and was told the tech would call me shortly to set up an appointment. Its friday, no call, no visit, no luck with them answering the phone today either. Lady on the phone sounded like I was wasting her time, dont waste yours and go somewhere else.

Very rude and unprofessional, my place of business called for a service from them, and when the guy came (with no company truck, clothing, tools or anything needed to preform the service needed) he was very rude and didn't want to follow our company policy (remove your hat before entering the building for security reasons which is printed in BIG black letters). Then when the door was opened for him he started yelling that he's not going to do anything for us and and to call someone else. I then called to verify that he was from there and as I was explaining what happened, the lady I talked to( in a very rude tone) said that she finds his behavior hard to believe and that she guesses that he won't be coming back. If I could rate them lower I most certainly would

The woman behind the counter was abrasive and expressed offensive and unsolicited personal opinions while making small talk (nothing political, it was about me, personally). I took my business down the street where I received courteous and professional service. I will never do business with Acme.
