I needed my car towed to the dealership and the experience was great! The guy who towed my car was pleasant and made good conversation. I felt comfortable. Jeff (the man I talked to on the phone) handled everything with efficiency. I would definitely recommend them. Also they are good for the price I only paid 75 (about nine miles) for the tow whereas other companies wanted to charge me 85,90,105 dollars! The only thing is you might have to wait a good hour maybe more for them to arrive but for the price and hospitality I couldnt have asked for more.

Was going to run some errands, and my car wouldn't start. The battery was dead. I called Towser Towing at 11:59 AM, relayed the problem to the man on the phone and he said he'd have someone out to jump start my car in about an hour. An hour and a half later, I called to check the ETA for the driver to reach me. The man was pleasant and said they'd been very busy and he'd get someone out to me 'soon'. I asked him...soon as in withing the hour, or within the half hour'. He said 'yeah'. That's all, not giving an approximate time, just 'yeah'. At 2:37 PM, I called again and this time I was told that the driver was just finishing up a call and he would be right over after that, since he was close. I asked how close, and I was told 'maybe 2 or 3 miles'. I called back yet again at 3:41 PM and was told the driver was 'on his way' and he'd have him call me for directions. The driver did call and told me he would be there within 20 minutes. He did arrive about 25 minutes later and it took him less than a minute to get my car going, once he figured out how to hook up the cables (I drive a Kia). I understand full well that there are other issues more pressing than a jump start, but for crying out loud, don't tell someone you're going to be there in an hour, then take over 4 hours to get there, especially without having the common courtesy to call the person waiting for you to let them know of the delay. I never got such a call. I'm just glad I was at home and not out on the road somewhere. I will never call Towser Towing again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

A nice guy by the Austin came and hooked up my car and got me to the tire shop in less than 10mins. They are fast, reliable and have the greatest rates Ive ever seen. My experience with this company was great. Jesse & Lance arrived in a timely fashion. My vehicle was involved in a car accident. The front end was damaged including the left fender. They towed my vehicle to a reliable collision repair shop and I had it fixed there. The prices were right and everything came out great. This towing service has the greatest customer service and magnificent ETA times. They are always there in a jiffy. They picked up my Mercedes on one of there low loader trucks and that prevented any damages that could of occurred. If you are involved in a accident and would like to get a guarantee that your car is in great hands and avoids excessive damages be sure to try this guys out and once you do I'm sure you will not use any other company. I recommend everyone to give them a try and you'll see why I'm so happy and understand why I will. Ever use any other tow company.

My car decided to become problematic as I was driving home on a Sunday and I needed a quick tow. Lance and Jesse were extremely accommodating and friendly. They not only came and towed my car within an hour, but even offered to give me a ride back to my apartment. Overall the experience was great. Would definitely recommend if you need a quick tow.

Garabage service. Pride towing of Royal Oak sent me their truck. Guy shows up and says 'Did they give you a price?' To which I respond no. Tells me price is $175 to even hook the car up and $5 per mile. Then he goes on to tell me he's super tired and on 3 hours of sleep (super encouraging considering the vehicle is worth 15k). Later during the ride with him he tells me it was because he was at the strip club until 4:30 am. Seems like great customer service and prices... $205 to go 6 miles. Insane. Would never use again.

These guys provided a great tow service for me called them up and they showed up about 15 minutes later while in the past I've waited for at least in hour if not longer with any other company I've used in the past. They were very friendly and professional. These guys were quick and did a great job I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed in the future 5 stars forsure!

I was in a auto accident. I was told that they would arrive an an hour, when I called to confirm the ETA. Austin stated that they cancelled my tow because it's to far. But rather than call me they allowed me to think they were coming for an hour. This company and its employees are rude and unprofessional.
