Wow, I truly do not have enough good things to say about the service that Auto Lock Specialists provided. I recently lost my only set of car keys while on a ski trip in Canada and genuinely had prepared myself for the absolute worst for what was to come. My Ford dealership had recommended this company, and got me in touch with Jeff; who not only was incredibly nice and helpful, but incredibly punctual as well. Jeff came to my house literally ten minutes after I had called him and had a new set of car keys for me within the hour. Seriously, once again, I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you Auto Lock Specialists for saving my butt and coming to the rescue!

Highly recommended!! I lost the only key I had to my car. I called them and they arrived to my car with in 35 minutes. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to get 2 brand new keys made for my car. They were very friendly and the pricing was very fair. Hopefully I dont need to use them again, but I would in a heartbeat if i needed to.

I had purchased a truck at auction that sold with no key, when I called up Auto Lock Specialists they were quick to quote and schedule. The quote for one key was almost half as much as local competition and for a second was still $60 dollars less than competitive quotes. They showed up the next business day from quoting and made the keys in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend you at least give them a call if you need car or truck keys.

The entire experience was better than I expected. My keys were locked in my car and they showed up very quickly and had it opened super fast. Driver attitude and service was awesome. They will be the only company I will ever call for lockout problems.

This place is great! Called on Tuesday they had the key fob that everybody else had to order and wanted me to bring my car to them. Got a call Wednesday Tom had it done in my driveway that afternoon at the lowest price. Does not get better then that Thanks !!

I contacted this company out of desperation - my phone battery was low, AAA gave me their number only, and I was stranded without the keys to my car. I called and the service provider told me the cost would be $300 and it would take 1.5 hours for him to arrive. 1.5 hours later I contacted him to make certain he wasn't lost, and he told me it would be an additional 1.5 hours before he arrived. He also said he'd have the key ready when he arrived so we could leave quickly, and he did not. I should note that the specialist who arrived was very friendly and polite to me and he also had battery cables to jump my car. I think his customer service is the only good experience I had with this company.The most frustrating thing about this, is the cost of the key. I didn't get a receipt - so I could get a refund from AAA - and the specialist said he would email me the receipt. I did not receive this receive this receipt until after 17 days, 6 phone calls, and 10 text messages reminding them to send it. - I did later receive a very apologetic text from the specialist saying he had been on vacation and thought it was taken care of. Again, that's nice, but it doesn't change the frustration I felt while trying to reach out.When I received the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $175.00 for the 'Service Call,' 0.49 for the 'Kia ST Key Blank,' $10.00 for the 'Code Income,' and $114.48 for the 'Labor Transponder Key' Looks to me like I not only had to wait 3 hours for him to arrive and 30 minutes for him to make the key, but I was also ridiculously overcharged. If you can avoid using this company, I'd advise you do so.

My only set of keys was in the surf of Lake Michigan and I was stranded 45 minutes from home. Called Jeff, he rearranged his schedule and drove an hour to make 2 keys and a fob and get me on my way... at a very fair price! I recommend him to anyone. Quick, professional and courteous.

Jeff just left my house actually. Lost my only set of keys while shoveling the snow last night and went into panic. They were great! We were getting our Toyota 4 Runner prepped for our big family trip to Yellowstone when we realized we don't have a spare key. Our trucks ignition key has a chip in it and the dealer's price for a second key was outrageous. AutoLock came to our location and programmed a new ignition key on the spot. Now we have a spare key should murphy follow us to Yellowstone! I highly recommend them.
