This is an awesome place for anything lock or safe related. The prices are reasonable and the people are cool. The inside of the store is nice and has a lot of displays for things. I have had keys from other places not work before, but not from here. I went in because I wanted another key for my 1997 Volvo V70 Cross Country. John helped me out and figured out if he could copy it. He found out that he could, but that since it was laser cut that cutting another one would be a little over 30$, which I felt was reasonable. Then we went out to my wagon to make sure that it worked, and it did.

Needed a new key for my Jeep. Ended up needed a key with built in fob. They have a huge inventory of keys, and was really glad that they had what I needed. The process of cutting and programming the key took maybe 5-10 minutes. I've had bad luck with keys not working well from Ace and Walmart, but this key works like a charm.Great service speed. Only went with four stars because I've visited once and got a car key. I don't have experience with car keys at any other location.

Went in on a wildly busy day last week, and they were so kind, so professional, polite and apologetic, but what EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service! HIGHLY recommend; HIGHLYAnd again: FAST, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and RIDICULOUSLY reasonably priced! AND they go the extra mile! Erik and John are SO good! I had them replace a lost key, (did you know they can do that from the VIN!?) Id called ahead and talked to John who said itd tKe about 20 minutes IF someone who was trained to do it was in that moment. I said, no hurry, and dropped it off. No call... no call... no call... so I kept calling them and leaving messages. I was getting STEAMED. I called again this morning and John said someone had called me at 8:15 am. I drove in, ready to give them a piece of my mind (which I can little afford to do, let me tell you!) I walked in and Erik waved and grabbed my key. John greeted me. I showed them my phone where Id received no incoming calls from them. So, John tried again while I was standing there. No ring. Erik tried, no ring! Then John called me from his cell phone. Sure enough! RING! Im not exactly sure what went wrong on my phones end, but they were jovial, professional, kind and AWESOME. PS a couple of years back Erik worked and worked on my old VW to try to get the emergency alarm off. ABOVE and BEYOND. I also had another car re-keyed last year. It took the gentleman like 10 minutes, and he drove to ME! Impressive!I am so glad it was my fault (my phones fault) and not theirs because they are a great service to have in this town! And they are true TRUE gentlemen. I appreciate that so much!
