I was not locked out of my car as in most situations, but I had lost a chip key and wanted another one made. I called at 9pm or so and my issue was resolved by 11am the next day and he was able to meet me at work. Service was great and he was easy to talk to when the key was cut and programed. Tick Tock can take care of your needs.

Needed a replacement key for my older car. Of course, the manufacturer makes it as difficult a process as possible for 'security' reasons (as they obviously want you to pay around $500 for a replacement at the dealer!). Though the car threw a couple of curve balls at him, my technician Avi was not deterred and managed to work his magic on one of the coldest days of the year and got my new key made quickly and professionally for WAY less than the dealer wanted to charge me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I think I called around 7:30 am, Avi called his team to see if they could squeeze me in then called me back and actually came himself a couple of hours later to do the job. Wonderful service. I had a deadbolt knob break, causing my door to be stuck closed. The service technician was quick and on time, got everything done for us sooner than expected. After a few days, one of our outside door knobs had disconnected, and again the service technicians were very quick and warrantied their work with no questions asked!! I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Avi, the company technician, arrived promptly on time. Suggested that I used the new 'tech toy' electronic lock. He gave me 'the same' one that he had at his house. Replaced my locks for the two main entrance. Fast, efficient, and job was done in about 70 minutes for 4 locks (2 dead bolts, and 2 std locks). Great job !!!
