It was the first time I had used one of these key-making kiosks. Overall, things were just fine. It takes a long while to make the actual keys in the machine, so if you have to make more than, say, two, you might want to get a soda or a snack. I had to make 6, and it was about 20 minutes. Plus, you don't want to walk away from the machine because the keys will end up in the export tray, and other folks can walk off with them.
