He is the smartest guy in the room.Without hesitation I know Maple Grove Lock is not just a lock shop that the public can go to and have concerns alleviated but within our own professional ranks of smart individuals we can OURSELVES find answers to any situation that we need the smartest guy in room to help us with. This is the foundation that Maple Grove Lock is founded on.To the gentleman who has left a one star with feedback describing his hurt feelings I encourage you to withhold that judgment and give Rich and his group another try. In this fast pace world it's not always clear if our feedback has an effect to improve or to punish. And the truth does matter. This is why we leave feedback is it not. I wanted to purchase a safe and first went to Cabela's during a sale. I spoke with an associate who said he would order the safe and call when the safe arrived. The associate never called so I called Maple Grove Lock and Safe. Rich and his staff were very helpful in advising the best way to buy a safe on Cyber Monday. They offer delivery for a small fee which is well worth it. I am 100% satisfied with Maple Grove Lock and Safe. I will definitely recommend Maple Grove Lock and Safe to family and friends and will come back for future safe needs.

Fast immediate service. Just got a key cut, and price was well below another fellow I called in Columbia heights! walking into the store, you can tell the business owner knows what he is doing! Keep up the good work! if someone didn't get treated in a timely fashion I can only imagine the couple that was getting helped was experiencing superior service and too bad they couldn't wait to get the same great service. Went in to get a car key cut and waited twenty minutes while the guy sat in the back room on the phone. Comes out after his call and tells me he cant help me because the machine is broke. Doesnt know when it will be fixed either. Dont recommend this place.

Not sure what exactly happened with that person(one star rating), but we are all humans and have families, having emergencies and sometimes days from hell. But no matter what happened, at the end of the day everyone deserve a second chance. I have been a customer of Rich for 10 years and received superior service every time I called or just walk in.

We went there today (12-27-2017)ready to buy a Liberty safe. When we went in ,there was nobody to be found. After waiting awhile I called the shop and someone answered and I asked if they were open? He asked if we read the note on the counter? The note said he has next door. He was two doors down. We walked in and he did not even acknowledge us. He was helping a couple and there was another couple there waiting also. We waited awhile and when he left to go 2 doors back with the first couple we waited a few minutes more and thought we will have to check out that Knife and safe place in Rodgers, or buy one at cabelas.

I purchased a gun safe for my husband from Maple Grove Lock and Safe. Ritch and Jayme were very knowledgable. They answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right safe. The price was great too! It was much better than shopping at a big box store. I highly recommend this shop.

I showed up at 10:30 on a Friday (when they are open 8am to 5pm) to find a note on the door saying they had to step out and would be back by 12:30. No problem, I left and came back at 12:30. Waited another 45 minutes (every time I called he was 10 minutes away) before anyone showed up.I dropped off a few locks to get re-keyed, was told it would take about an hour, and went on my merry way. When I came back an hour later to find that he was just sitting at the counter chatting with some friends that had come in on my way out and hadn't even started on the locks.I wouldn't recommend coming here. I found the staff incredibly lacking in professionalism.
