We had a wonderful experience today with Virgils. They went above and beyond to ensure our RV was safely and securely towed. All employees we spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Especially appreciated the calls letting us know when to expect the tow trucks. Great communication.

Matt, the technician, arrived quicker than I anticipated. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to get my vehicle running very quickly. He also let me know there was only 4% life left on my battery, so it's time to get a new one. He also gave me some good advice that I hadn't thought of regarding disconnecting the battery cable when I store the vehicle for the winter. As a whole, Matt was very helpful.

Poor customer service, people at the desks dont make eye contact when talking to you, while I was waiting I asked if they need me standing in front of them ( Im a old man) and the youngest guy that looks to be the boss told me either way ( like whatever) , they loose the sensors of my tires, and I didnt get my used tires back ( Im a farmer and i recicle the tires for work purposes) in a positive notes the guys in the shop, the technicians were very nice and helpful.

Did not challenge the $3,000+ quote, they said the parts were readily available but they would want to have the vehicle for a week. Tried 5 times to get a status after one week. On the last call the receptionist committed that someone would call me within a half hour, which never happened. Called the next day and same thing. After a few more day I was told the delay was getting the parts but it was several more days before it was complete. This is not the Virgils that I have used in the past.

I walked in and most mechanics a real rude to me and even their front desk clerk this wasn't a case of Virgil's very nice people. I definitely will be returning there for future problems with my car outstanding staff everything's clean I asked for an oil change and they vacuumed out my car and they washed my windows they're amazing people I've never been treated by anyone better than I was Virgil's! Thank you and your staff very much and I hope you all have a wonderful blessed day

Derrick was very friendly and professional and did a diagnostics on my battery and alternator and determined I needed a new battery. He had a battery for my car and got everything all switched out and things in working order fast! I am so thankful for his expertise and getting me back on the road fast! He did any excellent job!

I have been going to Virgil's in Rochester for about a year and a half. I have always appreciated their professionalism and honesty. I am an essential worker, but I am also a procrastinator. So my oil change was overdue, and I still needed my car to get to and from work. I wasn't even sure if I could get an oil change with the stay and home order in effect. They were able to pick my car up and drop it back off for me so I did not have to make any extra stops or clog up a waiting room. These people understand service, and go the extra mile for their customers. if you're looking for somewhere to take you car, stop researching and just go to Virgil's.

I was very satisfied with my service call. Matt arrived in about 20 minutes, was very professional and friendly and the service call was done in about 15 minutes. I was happy that the new battery was less expensive than some of the other places I called and the warranty was better. Great job!

I called AAA for a jump start. It sent a truck from Virgil's. The truck came promptly. I received a text that allowed me to click on a map to see where the truck was so I could prepare for its arrival. Jody, the driver, was efficient, competent, friendly, and effective. He put a little power through the battery that made clear the battery ran down because a dome light had been left on. He then jumped the battery and tested it. He gave advice on charging it and told me how long I should drive now to make sure the car would start again before it was recharged. He then made sure I was able to get out of my driveway before leaving.

Dispatch was wonderful. She is so nice and accommodating. Mike was the one that came out and this guy was fantastic. He went way above and beyond. I can't say enough good about the two of them.

Free pick up and delivery is amazing! My wife and I hardly have time where we are both available at the same time to be able to drop our car off and not wait for it. I called the day before and they were even able to squeeze me in the next day. My Subaru Outback would start, Virgils sent a flat bed truck but because the technician could not get the car out of park, he called for a truck with a dolly system. Both technicians were very professional and took my vehicle to the Subaru dealership. I was very happy with the care in loading my vehicle.

This morning going to work, I noticed I had a dead front driver's side light bulb. I called from work, and they were able to schedule a time, for when I got off work. They were running on time. The waiting area is nice, but I choose to take the walk to Flapdoodles for Ice Cream. I talked to the front person checking in customers, and the mechanic. Both were really nice and friendly. Great service and fast!! I will be going back.

Virgil's offer exceptional service. They came to my residence and picked up my BMW X3 for no charge and brought it to the repair shop located in Rochester, Minnesota. Then proceeded to complete the scheduled services within the scheduled time frame. Called me to take payment over the phone. After which then so conveniently returned my vehicle to my residence in Eyota, Minnesota. Again for no charge. I must say such GREAT service in such trying times. They even offered after jumping my car, to follow me to their repair shop to make sure I made it there okay!! Even though I live in Manorville they agreed to do that and I had my two vehicles detailed on the inside by them. The work was great! Jordan worked with me to jump-start my car (in a parking ramp on a Friday afternoon). He explained each step to me as he was doing it. Was very thorough and patient as he worked to get the car started. However, the car needed more than a jump. That is when Brandon C. stopped to help. He determined that my car had a fuel issue and I needed a tow. He asked me to give Virgil's a try. Seemed weird to send my car to Rochester from Woodbury but it worked out great. Communication during the repair process was awesome. I am most impressed with how Brandon C. and Jordan towed my car out of the parking ramp!!!!

Sometimes I hear that Virgil's isn't a good value, or that they find things that don't need to be done on a car and talk people who don't know better into doing them just to charge more money. That was not the experience I had. I had been having a weird noise with my car around the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and someone came, picked up my car, and then a different person came and picked me up to bring me to the shop to drive my car so that I could get it to make the noise for the mechanic. That mechanic told me that it was the transmission and that I should take it to the dealership because it should still be under warranty and shouldn't cost anything to fix. I will definitely be going to Virgil's again for auto repairs, oil changes, etc.

The night before Thanksgiving there was fresh snowfall and I ended up losing control and sliding into the ditch pretty bad. No getting out of it on my own for me. I had my parents pick me up and called AAA right away the next morning (Thanksgiving day) and thinking that due to the holiday it would take even longer. AAA told me it could be about 45 minutes until they arrive (Virgils). Within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Elliott telling me hes about 10 minutes away and he is on his way. He arrived SO quickly and although my car was pretty stuck he was able to get it out very quickly. Super friendly, understanding, and kind! Thank you Elliot! Youre awesome!

Elliot did a great job and should get a 5 star review.The first Virgil's guy they called to help me (Griffin or Griffith) never showed up. I had to call the Virgil's guy manning the phones back twice to tell him that Griffin or Griffith never arrived. Over an hour went by with waiting for Griffin or Griffith. Then they contacted Elliot and he came right away. Elliot did a great job taking off the flat tire and putting on the spare. Elliot also helped me the next day when the spare tire failed and I needed a tow to the dealership. Elliot was polite and professional and punctual.

Rusty helped us when we were in a car accident in mid February. We were able to pull into a fast food parking lot to wait for a tow. 5 minutes later a tow truck arrived. Thinking it was ours (after they said a 2.5 hour wait) we approached the truck and thanked him for being so quick. He was just there to get lunch, but called the dispatch and asked if being he was there if he could help us. He was assigned to our case and put the SUV on the truck bed and got it to where it needed to go way ahead of schedule. Rusty was very polite and professional and made a really awful situation that much easier. We were very happy with the customer service with Rusty and AAA. Thank you!
