Me, my wife and our kids got locked out of our house. They immediately saw the urgency as it was 13 degrees out and had a truck get to us in less the 30 minutes. The lock Smith was a phenomenal guy that was patient and helped us set up an outdoor key so it didnt happen again. Hopefully Ill never need them again, but if I do I will go right to them.

Excellent service! The phone was answered before the first ring. They were able to duplicate a key that was unable to be made at a few other places. They were prompt with their replies, scheduling the service, and upfront about the charge. They did an excellent and quick job at our home and Tony, the locksmith, was friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome service! Other places couldn't make a copy of the Key I needed for my Ford F150. I went back the next day and had them make a key for my motorcycle I hadn't had any luck finding someone to copy... They did it no problem, and for a great price!

I can't speak for the prior reviews but I shopped around for my locks and Davis was able to come up with the best prices for me. Have been using Davis since 2009 and will continue to do so. They are family run and very friendly. I don't get the feeling I am just another customer when dealing with them. I highly recommend Davis Lock and safe.

Very satisfied! Technicians were friendly, patient, and listened carefully. There was a problem with getting my car to recognise the chip in the first automotive key blank they cut, so they made another and it worked perfectly... no extra charge. I appreciate dealing with professionals, so I will certainly come back for future locksmithing needs!

I needed an ignition key for a 99 Buick. Ace Hardware had one blank cut it wrong and called other stores who didn't have that blank. This shop made a key for a lesser price than the hardware store. Service was fast , courteous and professional.

Davis Lock and Safe were friendly and fast. We would use them again. My only complaint is that they were a bit misleading in their pricing. I was told a price, then when they arrived I was told a different price. I guess we had different doors than they thought - but they never asked, nor did they tell me it would be $x if I had that kind of door. I felt like they said one price since it sounded lower and I was stuck paying the higher price. Nonetheless, they were WAY better than Roseville Lock & Safe - which I called and somehow my one phone call inquiry put me on a spam call list which resulted in SIX phone calls from them in the 24 hours following my call - one of which late at night (who does that?!?!).I'd recommend them - but be sure you are very clear when asking about pricing and ask if there's anything that will make the price more when they get on-site.

No mililtary discount. Overall the place was easy to find. Clean area outside and inside. Nice reasonable layout of the store. Pick and easy making dupe keys wiyh the same key brand name. They also punch the serial numbers on the dupe keys. Reasonable price for the dupe keys. Overall nice good mama papa store thats been running for over 90 years.
