Great people to work with. I needed a key made at 6:30 on a Sunday evening, and he met me turned my key. That was in 3 pieces and made me a duplicate key that works great. Also affordable price.

My daughter is student at the university and lost her car key. I spoke to Steve and made an appointment one week in advance to have someone come out to make a key. He told me I needed to be there in person since the car was in my name so I made plans and had to drive almost three hours from the cities. At two minutes before the appointment time I was sitting there by the car waiting and I received a call from Steve that he needed to cancel. It took a lot of planning to get to this point only to be disappointed. These people are inconsiderate. I immediately call another company and they were really helpful. In fact I was told I didnt even need to be there in person. I couldve saved myself a drive and time. My daughter couldve taken care of it on her own.
