Scheduled an appointment, which was missed due to illness. Tried to reschedule but no communication. After 5 calls total for a no rush job, we were forced to call another company. A simple 'no' would have saved the time I paid for for my staff to wait for service that never came

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, & VERY FAST SERVICE!!!!! I was locked out of my car because i lost my keys canoeing down river and pro solutions came out and not only made me a new key for my car for $105 that the dealership told me $300 but they also didnt charge me to un-lock it. A++ service!! Keep up the great work guys!

I am very happy with the service. I called 2 dealerships and at least 10 locksmiths for qoutes to get extra key fobs and have them programmed. Of everyone I called (and I explained my situation to all of them), only the Pro Solutions representative actually tried troubleshooting over the phone my current problem of my car not recognizing my ONLY keyfob after changing it's battery.They did have the lowest qoute, but even if they hadn't, I would have gone with them anyway. It means a lot, when someone takes the time to help you, even if it means they don't get the job. I highly recommend them. BTW, I saved $230 altogther by buying 2 OEM keyfobs with uncut keys online and for programming through this locksmith vs. buying through a dealership.
