Not the worst and not the best. It took about twice as long as it should have for them to reach me and it was apparent on the tracker that they did not take the fastest route. They had no sense of urgency when they arrived. They were a little slow for a service that calls themselves an 'emergency road service,' but all in all they were friendly and got the job done.
