Very efficient and professional. They were able to make and chip spare keys for my daughter's car, replace my remote key (including remote start), and make several house keys in a short period of time for a very reasonable price.

Needed a new key programmed so I went to have them check if they could do it for me, I had purchased my own key and they warned me up front it may or may not work, no guarantee. Theres a fee either way, I was perfectly fine with that. My dealership wanted $327 for a new key to be programmed and cut. They did the process and luckily my key worked and was charged $58.85. Soooo much cheaper, and saved me time and money. For future reference they carry most of the keys you need so dont buy your own online, they may wave a fee for you also by purchasing the key through them. I highly recommend them!

The technicians are amazing. They work fast. They're very knowledgeable. One draw back. They DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. REGARDLESS WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. They also don't call to tell you they're not coming. They let you wait for two hours for you to call them. Then they say, 'Sorry. How's tomorrow?'. Thanks pro-lock. Make me take off work (losing money) so I can do the same thing the following day (losing more money) to be charged full price. You're a real life saver. I guess I really didn't need my car after all.
