I needed a door key made for my camper. I called, they said bring it in. Dropped it off, went and had lunch. Shortly after, I had a new lock and 2 keys for just a few dollars. Fast service but could use a smile every now and then. I would use them again if the need arose.

Each time I have been to this place. They have always been friendly and helpful in any way they can be. Always answer my question in full and makes sure I completely understand what they are doing. They have things such as, but not limit to keys of course to safes, car remotes, key chains, chargers for phones and cars, and locks. The great thing is we are getting a remote for our car. I have researched buying one online or coming here. My choice was to come here cause they stand behind what they do. When you buy a key remote you have to get it programmed. We are happy to know I bought the correct remote and it is compatible with my vehicle and that it is programmed correctly. They talk to you and explain the process of what they need to do. If they run into a problem, they explain to you what has happened and how you need to get it taken care of or how they can take care of it. They let you make the decision.

I lost my key so I had them cut me a key for my car they cut it wrong and said the owner befor us changed the ignition so they had me tow it to there shop they said it needed a new ignition Wich made no sense They was suppose have a tech look at the key and they will call me that day well they never did so I called the next morning they answered told him my story and I needed my car I all ready paid them 100 dollars for a key that opens my door but dont turn the ignition he told me they are not going to fix the key that I had to come get my car so if I was you and need a key made stay as far away from this business as you can do not trust them to take care of you they wont again find a different lock and key ppl

Great little shop with knowledgeable staff. They provide just about every locksmithing service that you can think of. They even cut me a key by code that I provided the blank for and charged me less than what the gas cost me to drive there! They also duplicate transponder keys for cars with immobilizer systems.

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WILL NOT LET ME POST OTHERWISE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I locked my keys in my vehicle and since this place advertises as being open 24/7, I called around 6:00-6:05 on a Friday morning. The man told me that once he starts out my way, I am not allowed to cancel. I asked him what the cost would be BEFORE I said that I would use his services. He told me $120.00. I was in Saltillo, MS. Roughly 5 minutes from the Tupelo WalMart. After he told me the price, I informed him that I would call back later. Not that I would call back if I couldnt find anyone else, just simply that I would call back later. He responded with dont call back later motherf***er! and hung up. I was able to call another business after they opened and they came out and only charged $38. Definitely worth being a little late to work, and worth not dealing with someone who was rude! If you advertise as a 24/7 business and charge such a ridiculous price, you have no right to curse out and hang up on a potential customer!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!!!
