Really surprised this company doesn't have outstanding reviews. We got scammed by 2 other companies before finding Top Notch. They were upfront about the costs and the scope of work that they were going to provide. The technician Ali was professional and friendly. I was in a tough spot when a new key I had cut at Home Depot got stuck in the front door lock. I needed to leave but could not. I did not want to leave the door open. I needed a locksmith asap.I called this guy and he picked up the phone and told me he was on the other side of town and would be there in 3 hours. He arrived ahead of time, completed the task and his price was reasonable. He has a well equipped van with parts and tools.I will call Top Notch if I need a locksmith again.

Alex did a great job is replacing the lock of my house door and mailbox (after my duplicate keys got stolen).He is pretty approachable and didn't mind coming later in the evening (6:30 pm) to do the work.He also replaced each lock in about 15 - 30 mins like an expert and gave me the new keys (along with the old key to test the lock).I would recommend Ali & Top Notch Locksmiths for replacing locks as they are quite honest and professional in their work.

I was told it was 30 dollars for a service charge and between 40$ and 120$ to open a car door. 40 being a simple 10 minute recovery and 120 if it was complicated. The service man was done in less then 10 minutes and still charged 150. I had cheaper quotes at other locations if they had been honest I would of gone with other providers.

Biggest RIP off ever said it would cost 40 bucks but waited 5 hours just for her to get there to say it's going to be 200. On top of it I had to pay the 45 service fee just for her to come out. She was late. I want my money back. Dont go here!!

Today was my first time calling top notch locksmith, you guys definitely earned those 5 STARTS. They promise to be there within 25 minutes from the moment I called, in less then expected the tech got to me and was very polite and professional, he literally opened my car before I even had a chance to tell him where was my key... the price was great and I even got my military discount what I never had with different locksmiths in the area... will call again if need!! Thanks!!

Tried to charge me over $900 to unlock one master lock on a job box took less than an hour unbelievable they don't use they're own employees they send out random 'locksmith' from an app like uber or something

Ask for a price up front before they show. I was charged a lot more than their website states for a residential unlock. $189 for him to open a bottom lock, plus $35 to come to my house, plus $45 for an emergency call. I was less than 2 miles away on a Monday afternoon. I had a small child and groceries, and felt like I was stuck since he was already there, so I paid it. It really feel like I was taken advantage of.

He opened the locked car super speedy. Refrain from having a 2nd key made after retrieving the keys locked inside your vehicle. The programmed replacement key, is not OEM. My alarm system no longer works. Research concludes a multitude of problems associated with aftermarket keys. This will be the case with any locksmith.
