Bought a used 2007 Jeep last month and I only had one basic key. Really wanted a key fob to remote lock & unlock. Dealership quoted me $300 for a duplicate key. Jim's charged me only $100 and included the programming. I'll come back if needed.

I was in a blind, broken key for my classic beetle. Ordered some blanks online but all 3 ruined trying to cut from a broken key. Happened to be in Columbia, teied a couple locksmiths to no avail. Called Jim's, he had the blank and made me 2 keys that worked perfectly! Well done!

Called and left a message with a competitor and didn't hear back for a day. Decided to try these guys and they were extremely helpful! Ended up losing the extra key to our F350, and of course it was one of those key with a fob built into it combos. Bought a replacement blank on Amazon and these guys were able to not only cut, but program the key and fob for me at a fraction of the price that the stealership would have charged! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience!! My car key broke in half and I got quotes with two other auto locksmiths for over $70 to fix it. In my search I found Jims and called and they had it done in less than 5 minutes for less than $5. Great friendly service for such a fair price!

Had to get a new inner tube for my wife's BMX bike today (surprise! nail in the tire!) and dropped the wheel off at Jim's to have the tube installed. A few short hours later and I picked up my wheel, fully inflated AND they greased my bearing while they were working on the tire! To top it all off they gave me a price to replace the part and I will be bringing my bike back for quick and friendly service in the future whenever I need a repair.

I called to talk to them about a problem i am having with my car and the man on the phone was so freaking rude to me. All I did was ask him some questions about what was going on and his tone was so snappy and told me it was going to cost about 100$ and he couldnt do it today bc they were way too busy. So i asked if i should call back tomorrow or what and he was like well uh we close at noon so i dont know. I asked about monday and he was like yeh i guess and hung up on me. I dont know if they are this rude to everyone but id figure if you want customers to at least have good customer service to everyone.
