What can I say . . . Berrys Locksmiths is the best. My garage door opener broke, all my doors were locked tight from the inside. Berrys Locks came out tonight in icy weather. They got me in my house and even attempted to fix my garage door opener. Cant say enough about their service! Thank you!!!

Reasonable priced worst customer service I have received if I could rate it a zero I would. Barry the owner of the company exasperated my situation as I had locked my keys in the truck of my Acura and he basically accused me of stealing the car, told me that an Acura is an over priced Honda. He a really unprofessional man. I was so baffled that he was the company owner that I called the company today and checked and he answered. After I reviewed how his customer service skills were he hung up. People save your time and peace of mind and go to a place that in your time of need you will not be made to feel worst but comforted.

I have used Berry's Lock Service on several occasions. Not bragging here but my family and I have locked keys in the car on 3 or 4 occasions over the last couple years. Every time we call, the staff is quick to come and retrieve them for us. On a couple occasions the owner came himself. Last time I was at Sprout's in LS and Randy the owner came straight from Peculiar. He arrived in 20 minutes and had me on my way. Thanks guys!

Rude, nasty, condescending, belittlingForgot his name but I called the shop apperantly and the guy gave me the number to the mobile dude, the mobile dude then proceeds to tell me I have to prove it's my car, freaking kidding me? Lol, kind of hard with, oh I don't know, practically EVERYTHING that identifies that it's MINE LOCKED in the FREAKING CAR!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?..................Needless to say, next time, I'll call someone elseHopefully someone else answers, because I will sit with my car locked out before I go through that again!Never, never again

The guys at Berrys lock are always amazing. I have used their service multiple times, from unlocking my car to making a new car key and programming it! Ugh that part is such a hassle and they always handle it very well! I had a key from a lock that came from Italy. I made the mistake of taking it to a hardware store because I wasnt in the area at the time. That was a nightmare. I took the two broken pieces to Berrys and they had me up and going in no time! I always recommend their service to anyone I see that needs it.

Great locksmithing service! I was a walking customer trying to get a key duplicated for construction equipment, they didn't have the exact key blank on hand but went ahead and cut one for me that was the closest match. That key ended up not working but the owner was gracious enough to order in the proper key blank and cut it free of charge. I will definitely be returning to this location for any/all and all of my future needs!!!

I have had 3 car keys made there over the past few months. One for 09 Toyota Camry, 06 Nissan and 2010 Chevy. The service was clean, fast, courteous and all keys worked great. He cut the new key and programmed them perfectly. Cost $40.

Randy went above and beyond the call!! I had issues with my truck starting one of the reasons was a faulty key so Randy came out and programmed two keys for me. Then he helped my figure out the issue; instead of leaving like most. After I found a short in the starter he even ran me to the parts store to get the part and didnt leave until we were sure it was fixed. Thank you again Randy!

Mobile locksmith came to assist with car. Really rude. Said he'd be back in an hour with a key....I had to call him back in an hour and a half. Told him I needed to go to work...scoffed laughed..said he was on an emergency call and he'd be right over. He bumped me back. Chauvinist.
