Watch out for these guys on the road. I was driving down 470 where it merges into one lane to get on to 50 highway. This psycho comes flying by me, Im doing around 70, he must have been going 80 plus, all to pass me on the shoulder of the road. Just to get one car ahead. Hes clearly willing to take peoples lifes to save himself maybe a half second in traffic.

Ryan did an excellent job helping us with some aging knobs and locks. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I specifically called him at Lock Doctor because he has come several times to my place of work for door issues, so when a handle fell off at home, I felt comfortable having him in my home to repair a couple of things. I love learning the 'why' behind things and Ryan was kind enough to educate me on what he was doing and how to maintain my new locks and even adjusted a door. I definitely recommend him!

Straight LEGIT! Lost my only car keys over the weekend, and was able to get my key fob programmed and new key cut even though a certain tool depot store messed up the only spare I had, the guy was able to produce great work and get everything working. Would recommend to anyone and all of my future business will go through the Lock Doctor!

They were able to make a copy of a key when others had failed to do so. They took the time to look at the key and realize that it was a copy of an original. They then made a copy that was set to exact manufacturer specs and it works better than the one I had. I highly recommend!

Came in and needed new keys for my car. i had the car towed to the shop and they had me 2 new ones within an hour. they were very kind, direct, and trustworthy. they charged 100$ less than what other people wanted for 1 key. plus the guy threw in a dummy key for free in case i ever got locked out of my car. would totally go there again.

Rescued once again. My wife was across town and pulled her car key out of her pocket, only to find that it was broken in half. She called me. I called Bob at Lock Doctor. Within 15 minutes a locksmith arrived. He probed the lock for the other half of the key and did not find it. He made a new key in 10 minutes and she was on her way. Reasonable price too! Used them twice in 2 days. Jeff and Dennis came out, 1 on one day and the other on then 2nd day, my choice.Both men were professional and they were good at getting in! Both men were security minded too! They request I.D. so to verify that I had the right to get into the storage lockers and my house. The price was fair too. If I need a lock smith again, I will call them. They had vans that were labeled and wore uniforms. It is nice to know that the person helping me, is who I called. I had my truck towed, by ANOTHER company; and left my keys on the dash. The door came open and all my keys were lost! Thanks to the Lock Doctor, I was able to get into my storage lockers, so I could go to work; and sleep in my house. The storage company uses those cylinder locks, but this company was able to get me into them. Thanks.

I had a keypad, an electromagnetic lock and the need for an emergency exit release...I didn't have a clue how to wire it all together, and was at my wits end. As a last ditch effort - I showed up at The Lock Doctor at close to closing time and asked for help. Everyone there wanted to help, and in the end the two electrical guys and even the owner took the time to work through my difficult equation and made it all work. The customer service there and the friendliness behind it was extraordinary. If I even have so much as a key that needs to be copied - from now on - I will go no where else. Thanks, guys.

I was told by a dealer my car key had lost programming. I checked here for the reviews and the good far outweighed any negatives. I spoke with Mark and he quoted $60 for trip charge and about $40 for programming. He showed up on time even though he had an unlock to do on the way. He called to let me know of the delay and was still there earlier than expected. The bad news is the programming didn't work but he did it 3 times to make sure. He only charged me the trip charge which I was more than happy to pay. Definately recommend.

I have an old Remmington Rand safe that was in our house when we bought it two years ago. I had no idea what the combination was or how to open it. I called Lock Doctor and they gave me a couple of combination suggestions but none of them worked. I then made an appointment for them to come to my house to see if they could open it. After about a half hour the safe was open and they had the combination for me to use in the future. Lock Doctor was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

Horrible experience. Guy was rude overall and either uninformed or else didn't care. We needed a replacement key for our Mazda - he told me sure they could do that. I showed him the key and he said the replacement key would work fine everywhere even without the chip. It didn't. When I came back he told me he never said that and it would be a bunch more money to do the right key.

We decided to put digital keypads on three doors and electric strikes to control the locking and unlocking. The doors work perfect. This really added a visible sense of added security for our clients. All the work was done well. We would recommend this business.
