I've never dealt with a store so poorly managed. Anna, the person working the counter couldn't give me any information as to where or when my order would be in. I don't even blame her, I blame the manager. Anna seemed under trained and uneducated about her job. She was left to work that store 2 days in a row without any help. I called another location to see if they could tell me something about my order and they laughed when I told them which location I was working with. It's no secret that this location is operating poorly. Also, I purchased 1 of my batteries from the store for $125 and then ordered 5 more from the website for $69 each. I still have the receipt and would like a refund. If someone really reads these then I would expect a phone call with a resolution to the refund.

Anna Thompson (who cashed in the transaction) was really a sweetheart to me! I loved talking with her while I was waiting to have the watch battery in my clock replaced, and she was sweet enough to give me a better value with a coupon that was in the store instead of my online coupon - would love to meet her again!

The employee who helped me with a watch battery replacement was awesome! She went the extra mile and not only replaced my battery, she also fixed a loose part that has been annoying me for a while. She had a great attitude even thought she had a headache.

I spent an hour online researching light bulb specs trying to identify the correct replacement for an irregular light in my house. I ordered 2 from Amazon that looked right, but didn't fit. I brought the old bulb in to this shop, and within 2 minutes had a set with different wattage that are now working better than the mystery bulbs from the factory. Plus, they recycled my CFL bulbs. Very helpful folks!

The people at this store have been very helpful to us over the past few months as we have purchased 2 batteries for power chairs for my father as well as they ordered me 8 or 10 batteries for his TV Ears hearing device.They also helped within the past few days as we returned to purchase 2 more power chairs batteries for my father-in-law. The staff at this store has always been extremely friendly and always more than willing to help in any way they can! We have been using this store for power chair batteries for many years now!

I walked in, car remote in hand, and asked if he could open it so I could buy a battery. Salesman Dave took my remote, opened it, replaced the battery, and promptly charged me $10 'for the installation'. I didn't need help with the installation. Nor was I advised in advance of that cost. Will never visit a store with their name on it again, and will be sure to share my experience with anyone that asks

I went in this evening to replace my car battery. Store pick up with installation and had a great experience. The young gentleman who helped me (I unfortunately didnt get his name) was friendly and polite and assisted me right away. Most of the reviews are negative but my experience was quite the opposite. Don't bother with this store, order on line, go somewhere else, maybe even a different batteries plus. EVERY time I have been in this store the employee is very rude. He always makes it seem like I am bothering him by even opening the door. The few times I have asked questions he basically looks at you like you're a complete moron. I come here for work, when I need to buy 50 of a specific bulb maybe you show a little customer appreciation. I guess this is what Amazon is for. It's worth waiting the two days to not have to go out, and deal with people that would rather sit in a quiet empty store. - some other reviews say to go when 'Joe' is there. I don't know who Joe is, I don't care who Joe is. Your store should be uniform in it's customer service. People shouldn't fear using your shop of the right person isn't working. How many reviews saying this are needed before something is done?

Charged over 13 dollars for 1 replacement battery for my car remote.. can buy a 2 pack many places for 5 to 7 dollars. Small purchase will keep me from ever placing foot in that store again. Would rate zero stars if it would let me.

Completely unhelpful. I was simply trying to find another store that was closer to home with the same battery. They NEVER have what I need in stock any time I've come in. Save yourself the time and energy, buy from Amazon or anywhere else but here.

I took my Android Cell in for busted screen, they rebuilt. But technician Dustin broke my fingerprint screen. Lady ordered another one from Wisconsin, said it would be in a couple days, no later than Presidents Day 2019. They charged me nearly $400. Needless to say, as of today, February 23rd, I still do not have my cellphone. Last weekend my credit card was charged an unknown charge in Glendora, CA for $93, of course I decined...I called daily Dustin gave me weird stories about the order of fingerprint screens not available and had to reorder again on 2/19/19. Manager Dave claims my cell is in his office and they did not make a charge from my cellphone on my credit card. I called their main office today and left message, to have them investigate the problem. After this experience, I doubt I will ever use their services again!

$$$ I'm sure they have everything you need for replacements but not recommended on fixing your charger port in your cell phone, way overpriced and that's not my opinion, Thet have a reputation of over pricing.

Went in yesterday to replace the battery on my aunts OLD flip phone. They did have the battery, I also went ahead and got a replacement charger. The man working there was very nice. The older lady wasn't very friendly. I like to keep things light.....like being friendly with people, talking about abstract things. But dang.....anyway I asked her what was wrong and the man said I must of 'pushed her buttons.' Well huney.......if ya can't handle retail get out of the kitchen.Go with God.

I will never return! Jeff hates his job or has no idea what customer service is. I came in to have my phone repaired and help provide money to pay his salary. I drove 1 hr away to Shawnee ks b+ and had a great experience and would highly recommend this store, never ever again liberty!

Absolutely the number one store with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Saturday, May 2, 2015 at around 3:30pm I walked into this location and from my first sentence spoken the female associate interrupted me and then after she searched for a battery and proceeded to tell me that she would need to call a secondary vendor and check with them for my specific battery. I asked her if that was a difficult process and was that an offer or do I need to just forget about the battery and she proceeded to mumble under her breath and for that lady still working there I will never shop at Batteries Plus in Liberty, MO

Goodness. What can I say about this store that hasn't already been said. I went there to have a screen replaced on an iphone. Not only were they completely rude (when they weren't acting like it was an inconvenience to have a customer in the store), they replaced my screen slightly off, so now the buttons randomly push themselves and my phone is basically a paperweight. So, if you like rude people and paying $129 to have your phone messed up worse, this is your place.
