I called this locksmith on the 4th of July holiday when I lost my car keys and dealt with Christina. She was awesome! She was willing to come help me get a key made for my car so that I wasnt stranded here on vacation. She was super helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. I also inquired about fees and she was very upfront about everything and I felt the fees were reasonable. It turned out that I found my keys and didnt need their help after all but I am incredibly thankful that she was willing to help me in a time of need. Thank you very much - I highly recommend this place!

I went to my familys property and lost the key to my truck. I called several other locksmith and no one wanted to help. We were in the middle of nowhere and was hours and hours away from home. I called skeleton and Todd was very happy to help. He was a long drive away and came right away. It was late and dark and on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. Todd not only got my truck open but cut me a new key and it took no time at all. If Im ever in need again I will be making the call to them again. 100% satisfied with this service. He came to the rescue when no one else wanted to especially with it being a holiday weekend.

We got locked out of our lake house at 4pm on Saturday. Ike was great, he said he'd be there in an hour or so, was early, got the door opened in no time flat and said if we were in town he'd make us a key. Thank you for helping us!!

Fun time at the lake of the ozarks for Memorial Day weekend turned into complete chaos when my designated driver got drunk behind my back and lost my keys! So no car all weekend and I was stuck 80 miles from home and no one wanted to help me get a new key made for my car. He came out multiple days, made multiple keys, and made several different attempts to get my car started and FINALLYYY I have my car back and 3 NEW keys for my car.... and just to add a little jazz, he also found my old key! Would recommend 10/10... great service and great price! Cheapest around the area that I called as well! I know this may be a long cheesy rating but this man is a godsend lol I have his number saved for the next time I get into any car trouble. He definitely treated me as if he knew me forever and kept in contact until my car was started. Cant thank him enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They came to my aid after my dogs locked themselves in my Jeep. They got to my location considerably faster than I could have asked for and beat their own time estimate of 15 minutes. They were very professional and would receive my business again in the future! My key fob broke apart when I dropped it! I picked up the pieces, put it back together except for one piece I couldnt figure out where it went! Okay, go outside to watch the sunset over the lake. New to the area talking we have lived here for 6 days. Little did we know there was a rod leaning against the sliding glass door and well it fell. Ike came out, was very prompt. Very nice and friendly. Never seeing this before; without damage was able to get the rod out of the track and get us in. When you get a call from your daughter that is 2 and 1/2 hours away, that she has lost her keys. You search the web and hope for the best. After calling Skeltons' and talking with the owner, he assured me that he could help her. After she picked up the key, she was having difficulty getting the key programed. I called the owner and he answered all of my questions to help her. She was still not successful, she then called him and he came to where she was and showed her what she was doing wrong. Not being close enough to help her myself, it was great that he was willing to drive where she was and help her out. Great prices and customer service! Thanks!

Super fast and super friendly. Skeltons' Key & Lock had by far the best prices around when i lost the key to my 2013 Kia Soul. Starting price at the Kia dealership was around 300$, after the tow Bill I would have had to pay to get the car to them. I called Skeltons' Key & Lock and all he needed was my vin number and proof of ownership and in less than an hour I had my key for 50$. I will definitely be using them for all my future lock out needs.
