Was locked out of my house. Explained to the owner on the phone that I was locked out. The owner quoted a price of $19 service fee and $35 for the labor. Over the phone, he said the total price can vary depending on the amount of labor involved. The job took a total of 30 seconds to complete! In person, they charged $168 for the total job. When questioned about the price, he said $35 was for a much simpler lock like a mailbox even though I explained it was for a front door on the initial phone call. My advice, get a solid price before they come to your home or car. Once they are there, its hard to turn them away because you want to move on with your day, they prey on this. Also, the guy you call on the phone acting as the dispatcher is the same guy who shows up for the job, there are 2 of them working together. Overall, the job was completed successfully, I just do not appreciate the bait and switch on the pricing.

After calling several dealers and being quoted crazy prices and long wait periods to get in to replace my truck key fob I finally called these guys. I'm beyond Thankful for there professional service and gave me a price less than half of any dealers I spoke with AND came out the same day to my place of business and within about 10 minutes they had a new key fob working and repaired my old one on the spot! I'm truly impressed and I highly recommend these guys! I will be using them again!!!

Staff at the office was great and very responsive. The locksmith also was quick to respond however when I asked about cost for a lockout, I was not told the price over the phone. I needed to get into the space, and they could get there quickly so I had them out to open the door...$249 later for just a lockout service was WOW expensive. Customer servicer seems very nice and they are punctual, but that price is super high. I know other people love these guys, but they are not going to be my first, second, or third call in the future if I can avoid it.
