Customer service was excellent. I have a file cabinet that did not have a key for the lock. The key man for handyman recommended AA key and Lock, he even wrote the telephone number and address down for me. I called and asked if they could make a key for the lock with out me having a key for it. He asked for the numbers on the lock and said sure , I told him that I was on my way. To my surprise when I was asked how may I help you, when I told him he said oh yeah here you are. He had the keys ready and waiting for me. That was truly appreciated seeing how I was on my lunch time. Two thumbs up a great big Smile and loud Hallelujah.

I went to ASAP Key and Lock and Locksmith Experts but received no help. Even waited an hour at Locksmith Experts. We walked up the street less than 200 feet and these guys took care of us right away. I simply asked for a center cut on the key for my Lexus and they took care of it immediately. Clean shop, friendly staff, and fast service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the expertise of the locksmiths at this company. I was locked out of my car, there was a locksmith in the area, he came to my location and I was in my car very quickly. Also, had keys made at the shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly older locksmith made duplicate keys within minutes. I could not believe how clean and organized the shop was. Top quality work from all of the locksmiths out of this shop. The owner, Shawn, is the kind of guy that will do everything he can to work with you to make sure that you are happy with the installation. They are a small shop but do not let that fool you about their capabilities and experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed three chip-keys for my car, and the dealer was going to charge me 35 dollars per key. I had been to AA Key before and thought they would be able to make the keys for me cheaper. I was right! I was thrilled when the man said he could make my keys 10 dollars cheaper per key than the dealer could! After the keys were made, he said he wanted to go out and make sure they worked. They were all perfect. THANKS AA KEY!!

Went to AA to have a key made for the gun safe in my truck. I explained to them that I bought the truck about a year ago and this was inside with no key. Assuring them it was empty (previous owner info), he quickly picked the lock, and had two keys made in about 15 minutes. Great service, fast and friendly. Would recommend to a friend, great job. A staff member had tried to get duplicate keys made for an older, beautiful desk but none of the major hardware chains had the correct blank nor did a couple of other locksmiths. I had a trailer hitch lock that I lost the key for, it turned out that the key was right there on my key chain but was bent, the lock was jammed and rusted causing the key not to work. Larry bent my key back, unjammed and lubed the lock no charge. Thanks!
