This place is amazing! I brought my 89 Ford Mclaren (its a modify Mustang). Even over the phone, I felt very comfortable taking my unique car to them. I went to them because my car failed safety inspection and I was told I needed a new steering column. Instead of just switching it out and charging a couple thousand dollars, they instead inspected it and determined it was only a $300 job that they could fix using a part from an old mustang than had on their lot. I also failed because my blinker didnt work. They determined it was the light bulb in the dash. And instead of charging me hundreds to fix it. They researched and found out I didnt need the bulb to work to pass, as the exterior indicators worked fine. Boom! A mechanic that is actually looking out for the customers best interest instead of up charging. Thanks Chris and team!!

I can't say enough great things about Fitz'z. The owner Chris was awesome on the phone, my son's car ignition lock cylinder had to be replaced. A different shop quoted a crazy amount to do the work. I called Chris, he got it in did the work in 2 days for half the price. They were great. Thanks again Chris and team

My 96 Ranger was stolen and the ignition cylinder destroyed (see Pic). Fitz'z service repaired the damage quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them highly.

They checked in with me to approve any work beyond what was originally discussed, and broke down the issue in a way that was easily understandable. Great staff! I was desperate to find somewhere to code my ignition coil. I had been without a car for over a week and Fitzs was the ONLY PLACE that would do it in such a short amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful and my part worked perfectly!

I locked my keys in my truck at the job site called them all trucks where out so they sent a guy named Brian out to save me he was there with in 15 minutes, two minutes he was in! Went to the shop afterwards and they made me a new key so that wouldn't happen to me again. I do thank you guy's very much . I can tell these guys take proud at what they do

Fitz'z help me in the past so I brought my daughter's SUV in to them when she experienced a 'Service Air Bag' light. She drives around my two small Grandchildren in this vehicle so I wanted it Fixed Fast and Right the first time. I didn't have a ride home so they said they would work me in. In Under two hours, the air bag issue was Diagnosed, the issue explained to me and fixed! Thank You Fitz'z. You guys were all courteous and very helpful. Will certainly recommend you to anyone needing your services.

Fitz'z was a great alternative to having to get a new car! I was on the fence on whether it was worth fixing the steering column when the dealer told me I needed to and the cost. I called another shop and they didn't do steering columns, but recommended Fitz'z and it was a great decision. I worked with Brian over the phone and he was reassuring they would do everything they could to keep the cost low. They tried to fix just the part that was broken, but had to replace the whole steering column. They worked hard and diligently when the part came in and it works great and better than it was! Excellent service and highly recommend!! Five stars all around!

The guys at Fitz are amazing! They're kind, caring and very thoughtful. My mom had brought in her Pontiac G3 with ignition problems that led to a VCIM blown; they explained everything thoroughly with her, and tried to fix the problem but weren't able to (we asked them not to since the part was very expensive); I'd gladly take my cars back there for any work that needed to be done. I trust them completely.

My car broke down while I was in town on a Friday. Monday morning, I towed my car to them and explained I had to be back in Denver for work on Friday. They overnighted the part for my car and rocked out the repairs past the time they were supposed to be open til and I had it back on Wednesday. These guys went above and beyond. All you have to do is look at the overall rating of this business, speaks volumes. My understanding is Fitz'z Steering has a new owner. I should have know that this would be an awesome experience when they were recommended to me by another mechanic who I'd enlisted to do the repair. Not only were they flexible in their scheduling with me so that I could get my car serviced in a timely manner, they were also very considerate and kind by showing me hospitality when I waited in their comfortable lobby while my vehicle was being repaired. While I hope that I don't have to go back to get a repair anytime soon, I know that the need arises, I will feel comfortable going back to them because they will explain what needs to be done, do it professionally, but most importantly, I know that they will treat me right. Couldn't get my key out this morning & panicked - called Fitz's and they came out in less than 2 hours. They found problem - I didn't have shift lever in Park! I am totally embarrassed. Fitz'z Service is excellent. My jeep was broken into and the ignition was completely destroyed. They also damaged a rear window by forcibly removing it. Fitz'z did an grade job repairing the ignition and finding a replacement for the damaged window. Someone tried to steal our van after getting scammed by a locksmith I found Fitz'z on a Google search. I messaged them through Google and was told to contact them which I did. I talked to Chris and he told me that he was going to take care of our van. We had it towed there which they gave us a reliable tow company well we had it towed in on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon it was finished. Can't thank you enough Chris and the rest of the employees at Fitz'z would definitely recommend this company to any one!
