Both times Tony has come to the rescue. No matter the weather or time. Hes came to wentzville, mo multiple times to help unlock our car. Dont matter if the kids lock the keys, keys and kittens locked in the car or raining hes come.

Had great experience with the service they provided and explained everything. They cut some motorcycle keys and saddlebags said he wasn't sure if the saddlebag keys would work but if they didnt call and they would take care of it. Everything worked flawlessly and I will go back for any keys I need cut from now on, and their prices were very reasonable maybe even cheaper than say like lowes or Walmart.

Tony (the owner) at ARC Locksmith service was the one who came out to my business to fix our front door lock and re-key it. I was looking for a new key guy and just went off of Yelp reviews. He was responsive and solved a problem I've had for months in about 20 min. My business also needed multiple keys made for vehicles and he was able to get me in next day for 3 auto keys and knocked them out. He's friendly, fast, and if you need a key in the area I highly recommend him!

Fantastic place. These guys are awesome. I called 10 minutes before closing and they waited the 20 minutes for me to get there. Stayed open and fixed my tumbler. Fast, great, excellent service. I was in and out is 20 minutes and my tumbler was keyed to my old key. Works better than it did before I highly recommend them.

If I could give him 6* I would. He goes above and beyond what I expect. I definitely only plan on going back to him with all my locks needs and concerns, he really looks out for you as the customer. There is so little value in todays world in customer loyalty but this man has it. Very friendly you can't go wrong. Quality service. I just wanted a copy of a key for my Mazda. I had gone originally with another company that offered $15 below his price or something like that. My experience with the other locksmith was beyond frustrating. They were 3 hours late, made half of the key, and weren't able to make it on time several days later to finish the process. Tony has been amazing. On time, communicative, and super high standards. He wasn't happy until the key I got worked perfectly. I loved that they would tell me if there was something about it that they weren't satisfied with, and then they worked to fix it. They are the kind of people you want to work with always. If you get locked out of your car or need a new key made go with ARC. I had to use their services twice now for that reason and they've done an awesome job. The owner, Tony, is very cool. He came out first thing on a Saturday to make me a new key again after I lost the first two they made me... Oops. They're professional, trustworthy, very fast and really know what they're doing so if you need a locksmith for whatever reason definitely give ARC a call.
