ZERO STARS!!! - Absolutely ZERO! - Worst Attitude Ever and Absolute RIP-OFF - RIP-OFF RIP-OFF!Call ANY Las Vegas Locksmith Company, ANY, and I guarantee you'll NEVER Pay as much as you'll have to with this guy even though the Vegas companies will have to make a special trip.- I do about 20 lockouts per month on average. I am well aware of what it costs to change locks, secure property and make additional keys. Typical 'Actual Cost' is about $5-$6/lock with key made also. So each door with door knob and deadbolt is approx. = $12 max COST.- For standard lockout with locksmith you're looking at $60-$70/trip fee and about $10-$12 per lock fee.-------- RIP - OFF TIME ------- This Company did a lockout for us in Boulder City and Charged the following rates- $85 Trip Fee - (excessive considering he can't be more than 15 minutes MAX from any property within Boulder City Township)- $59 / door (this is $30/lock minimum, remember some doors only have a door knob or just a deadbolt which means some locks he charging $59/lock!!!!! - CRAZZZZZZY)- Lockout completed, Asked How Much Do We Owe?? (I'm expecting around $125, maybe $165-$170 is this guy wants to get greedy)- His Response '$495.15'- I pause trying to think what I just heard, 'Um, did you say Four Hundred Ninety Five Dollars sir?'- Him 'YES! $495.15'- I won't write anymore, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!- These Prices Are Absolutely CRIMINAL!!!

RIPPED OFF. Got charged $16.30 to make three copies of one key. I thought it was high but then I thought maybe the key was a hard to find special size. That was until I went to another locksmith in Henderson to have the same key reproduced. He charged me under $3.00 for one key copy. He told me the key was nothing special. He had no problems. I was warned about Boulder City Lock and Key beforehand. I should have listened.

Rip off I got locked out of my Nissan truck. The insurance company called him and he told them it was $120 to make the key. After they dispatched him he called me and said it would cost $200. Very rude and just hung up when I said that was too high.
