I made an appointment with this company two days before I got into town, knowing I didn't have my house key. The day of, they didn't show up on time and I never received a call about their status. I called them again and they set up another appointment for me, labeling it as urgent. One and a half hours later, still no call and nobody ever showed up. I ended up calling a different locksmith, much further away compared to this company, that came immediately.

Our home was burglarized end of December. I spent a lot of time researching and attempting to contact security/alarm companies. I found Protecht on yelp. The call was immediately answered and I had an in person estimate same day. Though they sell several different brands of systems the Ring system was recommended for our particular need. He purchased the system and installed outdoor cameras, inside motion sensors, and alarm on Sunday finishing up on Monday. This company is very professional- spent as much time as I needed to adjust, tweak and learn the system. 5 stars are not enough to express my satisfaction.

These guys installed my 65 inch TV and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. Vitaly and his guys arrived on time and they quickly and efficiently installed the TV on my living room wall. When we realised that the mount I had was no good for the size of my TV, they provided a suitable mount from their van for a very reasonable price. The installation was so strong that it held the weight of 190 pound person let alone my 65 inch screen. I highly recommend these guys for any TV install.

One of my door locks at my office suddenly stopped working and called Protecht to see if they could help. Technician happened to be close by with time to spare until their next appointment and he was at our place in less than 15 minutes. Fixed the lock and was reasonably priced. Will use again if needed.

This company is AMAZING.....I wanted my tv mounted yesterday and it was a little late but I was determined to have it done and Protecht was able to do it and they even came earlier than the scheduled time. They mounted my TV and my PS4 Pro and concealed the wires all less than an hour. And the price was THE BEST IN TOWN, trust me...I was doing Quotes all day.

We bought 2 new TVs in the sales and after searching the Internet we decided to go with Protecht for the install. We wanted to do it ourselves but it was a bit complicated as we couldnt find the studs in our drywall. Vitaliy arrived early and quickly found out that our studs are too far apart on the wall we wanted the big tv on. He fixed this issue by using drywall anchors for the wall plate and also did an excellent job concealing the wires. It really was a professional job for a very reasonable price. Our bedroom tv was simpler and Vitaliy dealt with that installation very quickly. If you want a fast and quality TV installation for a great price then call these guys without hesitation.

I needed a 75' installed into my Living Room, it was definitely a little different than a normal Wall Mount job since I needed my cables tucked away, my TV going right above my fireplace, and also didn't have any of my cables or mount sourced. Vitaly did come thru and was able to get the job done the next morning!!! The TV looks phenomenal, his prices are very affordable, and he was here to help, not up-sell me into Hardware I didn't need! You have to ask for Vitaly, he's very personable and knowledgeable about what he does! They do a very great job, and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family in town!

I needed a 58 inch TV mounted in my bedroom. I had called around to a few places and couldnt believe the rates I was being quoted for such a basic job. Then I found Vitaly on Craigslist and was surprised by how fair his price was. He was also able to accommodate me for a same-day appointment. He came friendly and prepared, and when my bracket screws didnt fit the TV he had his own screws that did. He improvised well when it appeared my new TV might not be a good fit for my older bracket and was able to center it on my wall perfectly and at the angle I wanted. I was very satisfied with his service and even paid him a little bit more for doing such a great job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Can I give 6 stars? is that a thing? When it comes to Protecht it should be an option! I came to work to find the lock was ajar, reached out and he was here and ready to work within the hour, he did the job in less than 20 min, and didn't try blowing smoke up my bum about pricing like every other locksmith I've dealt with. Ive he is an honest friendly hard worker, I would recommend him to my Grandmother (who dosn't speak very much English, because I feel he would be patient and I could trust him to not take advantage of her. which is a big thing, I dont even trust the pizza guy to give her back the rite change. He was friendly, and made the experience less stressful than it could have been.Vitaly was very refreshing, I didnt even think about the fact that someone tried to break in, I was genuinely enjoying the quality of service. I will be using Protecht for all security needs.
