I recently bought in Las Vegas and moved from out of state. The first thing I had done with my new home was to re-key the whole house. locksmith connect came the same day and gave me a great price. Both installers were timely, professional, clean, and very polite. They even went out of the way to find a hard to fit deadbolt. I highly recommend this company. What a pleasant to do business with. These guys are truly professional from the beginning to the end. It started with a quote and exchange of messages, after receiving 3 quotes from different locksmith I already knew this company is a stand up company. They were not the inexpensive one but definitely something about the communication that connects through the customer. The service is really prompt. I was just gonna get a quote and schedule the service but they came out the same day and was done in less than 30min to re-key my 2 doors. Thanks Mike and to the other guy who made it happen. I needed a locksmith quickly because I had just gotten my keys and I needed to be at the airport by 4pm. So I called Locksmith Connect and Cameron was able to help me out! He came out assessed the locks on 3 doors installed them within an hour and I was on my way! He has no idea how much he helped me that day! Hired these guys to come to my home right after I purchased it. They tightened and lubricated locks and made adjustments due to settling so everything was nice and safe at all exterior doors. I lost my key for my mailbox so they came out to my location (on-time, came 20mins early) and assisted with the lock and replacing for $85.00. Other places were quoting me around $130.00. I recommend Locksmith Connect. Reasonable prices, they quote you when you call and confirm that with a text. They confirm they are licensed when they arrive...they are great! They take debit card as well.

Called Locksmith connect after finding them to change our locks (2 doors & a gate)on our vacation condo 2weeks ago. The price was reasonable, both Ezra and Mike were personable and very professional. The door knobs doesn't jiggle anymore and I don't have to fight the lock to open it. They had to come back the next day (not a big deal) due to a color of a lock. Yes, we're perfectionist down to color, and Ezra and Mike returned at the time they said they would be there and changed the lock in less than 20 mins. Love the doorknobs and the great job done. Awesome customer service and very professional! My Father in Law recently lost his keys and thinks he may have dropped them out the front of our house. So Hubby called today around noon and Vitali is here now doing our locks. We were going to just do the regular 're-key' for $95 but when he showed us how easy it was to pick our locks, we decided to upgrade. Excellent customer service! The front door handle to our office was broken. Called and got an immediate response. Vitali arrived later in the day and we discussed different handle replacements. I had been told by a previous locksmith that the type of handle I wanted (one that matched the rest if the office doors in the complex) was not going to work. They could not do it for me. When I mentioned this to Vitali, he said that would be able to do it. He would just need to get the proper parts. So he fixed the door handle to get us through the evening.The next morning he returned with the parts and not only did he fix the door handle, but he was able to install the proper handle that matches the other offices! Vitali was great to work with - very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely call them again in the future.Thank you!!!

I contacted Omri about a consultation on upgrading security on my sliding patio door. He took one look and told me I could handle the job myself and directed me on what to use. He didn't try to sell me any products or services I didn't need. He also took the time, pro bono to take a look at some other security improvements on an exterior door.
