A total scam! I called for an emergency; my son was locked in the car and couldnt open the door. I called and they quoted me $65.00 for the service. Noted that i provided the full scale of detail about the vehicle and the service details but when the tech arrived they forced me to $165.00 up front or no service with me son in front of them! I reported them to the bbb, and city council for unethical business practices, as well as the local police for blackmailing me into paying to protect my son. DONT USE!
