This is the second time I have used Fortified and they always come right to the house for me at my convenience. Fantastic customer service skills. He made multipul keys for me and the price was very reasonable. He even made an extra key without any hesitation when I was like oh by the way can you do this one too. I couldn't have asked for better quality and service it was A+++++.He was even pet friendly when my dog thought she needed to help. I would highly recommend their services.

Chad does great work I have known him for many years, he has done lots of different lock related things including one time making a key just by reading the codes out of a door lock , trunk lock and getting the last number from the glove Box lock, as the 1 key we had was gone.Just recently I had him make 2 keys for my Chevy Silverado and 1 key for my wife's Mustang that being a transponder key everything went very quickly and smooth..and what a big convenience that he comes right to your house. I definitely recommend FortifiedAauto Lock And Safe to any one needing any kind of lock work.

This experience was so much better than I could have ever imagined! During the Corona pandemic, Chad came right out, not really even knowing what to expect, except that I needed to change the lock on an older house I bought. He came out the next day, swapped out three mismatched locks on three different doors and put in new deadbolts on all of them. With the same keys! What a relief for an older lady moving out to the sticks. He's my hero! Thanks a million Chad! Now you just have to recommend a handyman for me...lol.

Very professional and overall the best experience. I had to get a new car key replaced and Chad was able to help cut and program the key ( quicker than the dealership) and meet me wherever I was at (hes mobile guys). Fortified is a lifesaver! I had my backpack taken at a ski resort in VT while on vacation - with my car keys in the backpack... I was completely stranded, until I was referred to Fortified and the owner, Chad. Chad came out to help me over a holiday weekend, and over an hour away. He made the very complex process of making a new chipped ignition key easy, and had all the latest equipment in his truck to resolve my situation. Chad was very professional, and very friendly. He talked me thru the entire process, and was a pleasure to work with! While this kind of work is not cheap, I do believe I received great value for the money. He is clearly a craftsman, and was an expert that saved my vacation and got me home! Thanks, Chad!

I have been a Locksmith for 25 years, in that time automotive locks & keys have changed considerably. The advanced electronic systems require ongoing training and regular updates to already expensive equipment. I have not stayed current in automotive work so I must rely on someone who has. Chad from Fortified is who I trust with my automotive needs, he recently made keys for a pair of 2019 Dodge vans for me, the keys worked great! He has the latest equipment with a matching skill set to handle the most complicated jobs. I have known Chad for a long time and would strongly recommend him for any Locksmith work you need done.

Chad at Fortified Auto Lock and Safe was flat out terrific. When he said he would be at our motor home at 7 AM on a Sunday morning to open our safe, he was there. In less than one minute he had the safe open and we could get our passports so we could go out of the country. What a blessing he was. I was very pleased with the prompt friendly service that I received from Fortified auto lock and security. I arrived home and realized my inside garage door was locked and I did not have a key. Needless to say at 9:30 in the evening I was frantic and needed to get into my home. I called Chad and he was very helpful in letting me know how much it would cost for him to get into my home and told me the approximate time he would be arriving. Chad is a lifesaver! We live on Gove Hill Road in Thetford and arrived home in the middle of the night on a Friday and broke our key turning it into the lock and were locked out. We called Chad on a Saturday morning to help us get in the back door and then remove the broken key from the front door. He was right on time (within 2 hours only because he had another appointment ahead of ours in Lebanon), was friendly, and quickly helped us get back in to the house, extract the broken key, and diagnose the issues with the front door. Excellent service, great customer service and communication. I had moved from BY VT to VA. and found out once I arrived that had left wrong keys and real estate people were not able to access the home. I also had house cleaners and movers scheduled to come also. In a panic I went on home advisor and found the number for Frotified Auto lock and safe. Chad answered the phone and after explaining the situation I was in he walked me through how he could help me. I did as he explained and with in a few hours he had reset the lock and new keys.
