Great bunch of guys, always leave there smiling

I first called over a week ago. The guy who answered stated that he couldnt get me the installation code, which is what we need to use another security company. However, if i were to use him, he could miraculously set us up. I follow up with another call and now their story is that the previous owner owed them a lot of money and their file was deleted. Why would you delete the file of someone who owes you a lot of money? So he would have to install a panel worth over $1000 to get us working. The alarm part of this company seems very shady.
