The key to my main office entrance wasn't working so I called Karis Lock to come in and replace it. Travis answered, asked me some specifics and instead of taking advantage suggested I try WD-40 first. It worked. I appreciate such honesty and will unquestionably use these guys every time I have need. They didn't make a dime from me this time, but they definitely will in the future. Thank you Travis.

Open at 8am is a rare treat. Needed a lock rekeyed. Guy did not even need a gauge to measure the cuts. That is some serious skill and knowledge. Very nice staff. Hopefully will not need their services for a long time. But I know where I am going in the future.

If you need an actual locksmith, and not some minimum wage home depot stock boy, use Karis. I have to have specialty keys made there and they always cut them right. Sure, the inside looks a bit like a bowling alley from 1977, but the charm is that these guys have clearly been in business since then and know what they're doing! I highly recommend.

The place reaked of cigarette smoke. I could barely breathe. I was in there for 5 minutes and all my clothes and hair smelled like smoke. The guy was also very rude. Dont waste your time!!

Seem to be able to do anything with locks and keys. Made keys for locks on my HD bags for which the originals were lost. Also had parts for a 75 year old lockset so I could repair it.
