I have used a1 in the past, never any issues. I had an emergency on a Saturday, he said he would send someone out on Monday, which was not a problem. But, no one came out on Monday, he called me to apologize, and said someone would be there on Tuesday, a contractor ,not someone from a1 came out on Tuesday and because of the vehicles age he could not figure out the lock. I then got an excuse of how he is back logged for three weeks and could not get to it. If he was honest on Saturday when I called, and told me he had a back log of three weeks,and told m he could not get to it, there would be no bad review. I called a place in Toms river and he came out took care of my problem in three hours.

I called 5 different dealerships to make a motorcycle key duplicate. All told me they dont make them so I decided to try a lock smith and was able to get it done here. It was affordable and great service. I have a Suzuki gs500 motorcycle key duplicate and works perfectly. Thank you guys at A-1 Lock Smith!!

I have been using these guys for years. I own multiple properties and always use them for Re- Keys, by far the best service around. I called them in a panic because a I lost the key to a safe I own and a technician came out promptly and made a key for me. Very nice staff.

Steer clear of these guys, I called them a month ago and was given the run around told me he would be out on Friday a no show no call, called him(Ryan) and told me he would be out the next day no show no call, waited the following week told his truck was down called again dispatch kept telling me he would let him know. Another week went by called and asked was Ryan the owner and was told no, asked to speak to a manager placed on hold, came back to say manager was busy and would call me back. Waited until today and called B & J Safe & Lock, they came out and was done in 10 minutes. Ryan claim he came out and it a much bigger job than he anticipated, he never showed. Save yourself the grief use B & J Safe & Lock see the review I gave them.

A1s service was nothing but unprofessional. Did not show up until 8 pm and then said he would come the next day. He never showed and I called the store twice before I finally got a call back. They said he would be at my house by five pm, and it is current 8pm and I am still waiting. Every time I called on the phone, the receptionist was nothing but rude and unapologetic. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

Beware of this place If I could give this place zero stars 1 would. They let my sons car sit for a month before telling me the tech working on The car was let go and no one else there could do it then only to find out when it was towed elsewhere it was a 1 day job . Absolutly unexceptable .

Never came when they said they were supposed to come, ended up being three days late after I had to call several times to see when they were coming. Then told me they were coming at 530, didn't show up until 830. Very unprofessional.
