I called about a 60 year old lock that was not working and thought I would have to add a deadbolt to secure my home. First getting the appointment and the office answering my questions about cost was very good. Second, working around my schedule was perfect and the window they provided was right on. Donald came and looked at my situation and fixed the problem without having to replace the lock. He gave me advise on how to replace this very old key because it is so old that they did not have the template to make it: (neither did ACE). I highly recommend this company for any lock issues and in particular Donald was truly wonderful!

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! This is the most unprofessional place ever and tried to overcharge and when I asked M---- for the price and if it could be done for a certain price he became very irate. I called another and they are glad to install and price without even asking was like $80 cheaper than what was quoted me at Firstline. Don't use this place or he may get GANGSTER as he so called what I was doing with him. How unprofessional. Learn how to talk to your customer base. Just an FYI the person that came out to my house was nothing but great and doing his job. The crazy thing is I used them before for another job in which the installer was professional and the office person I spoke to at that time was pleasant as well and did not try to rip me off. This time the office person was nasty, rude and very unprofessional and for that you lost a customer. This person needs a class on professional etiquette. Sign him up!!

UPDATE!!!! Firstline Locksmith, saw my review and contacted me to resolve this issue. The company sent someone out the next day after our conversation and fixed my lock. Thank you for your great costumer service and putting your costumers first. FirstLine Locksmith came to my house to do a rekey as part of my American Home Shield plan. There were a total of 4 locks, 1 front door, 2 locks for back door and 1 for a garage door. The locksmith spent almost 3 hours rekeying 4 locks. He broke the mechanism for my front door and told me I should go to Home Depot and buy a new mechanism for my front door lock and have them rekey my front door because it is cheaper than for him to do it. I called American Home Shield and its been 3 weeks waiting on their decision. I still can not open and close my front door because of Firstline Locksmith.

Stopped by the shop today and had some key's cut and fob programmed. Mike the owner is awesome and friendly. Did a great job on ignition lasered key cut. Adam did fob programming and is also awesome. Highly recommend these guys.

Unlike most household contractors they are the real deal. I have now used them for locksmithing and door leveling. Both technicians were highly competent, came is a timely manner and repaired all of the issues. I highly recommend them. Truthfully I am fairly hard to please so my plaudits are well earned.

Replacement of a Hollon mechanical lock on a safe with a new Sargent and Greenleaf lock (we had the replacement lock for the unlocked safe) went smooth and competent in short time. Price was modest at $129 total. Up front they suggested a low price if they could not perform the job. The tech ran about an hour late, but I was informed when I called in. Communications with most competitors would easily have lead to a price of $250 - $350 while not accommodating failure.

A complete rip-off! I was told it would be $49 for the visit and $79 for replacement of a garage door lock. However, he handed me a bill for $195! The guy stated he never told me that cost! I asked him was he kidding? Never do business with this fraudulent company.

Instead of simple replacement of $15 lock on the patio door, somehow the guy spends and charges for 1.5 hr labor that I can never understand. At first, they tried to charge $75 for the lock hardware and I was able to talk to them that it is a $10 lock sold at Home Depot. If the guy first tried to fix the $10 lock instead of replacing it then it was against my recommendation. I clearly told him not to bother.

Went here to get 2 copies for a key. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and help me and even then, the 2 copies he rushed making were bad quality. I have to pull the keys out slightly for my door to unlock.. Every time. I can't even get myself to go back here to get it fixed.
