Traveling in an RV, the key to the side box broke off, luckily had the key code #, I emailed them an hour before they opened, she answered being able to help, I thought she'd have to use a blank and make a new key! Got there, key was already made, she told me she had 3 blanks for that, and it was a god thing I had sent the email as someone camme in and wanted all 3, she told him she could only give him 2 as 1 was spoken for! Rude Lady answered he phone with no customer care at all. Throughout the whole call about 3 minutes she never changed her tone. Agreed to outrageous price just to be told by the tide lady that it would be about 8 hours cuz her driver was in Ganado. Hung up called another service was greeted with politeness and the vehicle of one of my customers was unlocked in less that 15 mimutes.

Disrespectful... it a light phrase to explain this business. It is best to drive to another city, town, or even state than deal with the clear disrespectful person that claims to be in charge here.... this is her own words as I tried to explain my situation, 'are you a locksmith?' I said,'no.' She said,'well you do not know anything, bring your lock in, or we'll look at it for more money when you can bring the mechanism by ths t has the lock in it...' Really? This overgrown sasquach person talking trash right out the gate... when I was inquiring about a stuck broken key... it is not my fault why you are the way you are or why you feel you can treat people the way you do...
