To simply put it rude and unprofessional counter help . The son is cocky with a huge chip on his shoulder. Your only hope is to be lucky enough that the father is working the counter as he the only one with any customer relation skills in the building.

These guys are life savers if you need any copy of a car key or if you have a damaged key definitely see these guys! I have a hummer H3 and my key snapped in half and I was referred to these guys. As soon as I stepped in the place I was greeted and the person did everything he could to repair the key! Unfortunately I had to get a master key code and they was able to make the copy plus was given an extra copy on the house! If u have trouble getting copys for your car come see these folks! Best customer service!
