The staff membera are knowledgeable and patient!I was in the middle of a project and needed a couple of parts to complete it. I felt badly about showing up to the store 3 minutes before they were scheduled to close today and they greeted me and showed me to the parts I needed. I appreciate their consideration for my last minute situation.Thanks to their willingness to help at the last minute, they saved me a 25min drive to a box store. Their prices were fair and service was exemplary! thank you!

We dropped our storm window off here along with several screens to be re done. When we picked up the screens, there was no window in the storm window. We told the employee and he said they would call us when it was done. TWO months later, we called, and they told us it just came in and they would give us a call tomorrow. Two weeks later, we called again and they told us it would be ready tomorrow. We then showed up the next day to get the window. No one apologized to us, and the work was not complete. The man basically shoved the screen in my hand. We will not be returning.

A close by hardware store for my needs.The only problem is see is that they are slow in reordering stock for the shelves. When they are out of a item it takes forever to get resupplied.
