Locked out late at the end of a holiday weekend yet Alan from Lehman Locksmiths still arrived within the quite reasonable quoted time. Price was provided up front for the emergency service. The work ended up being rather complicated but was done thoroughly and professionally. Alan was very friendly and kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommended.

Alan came out. Did a great job. Cut my lock off and handed me a bill. Took about five minutes. He said there was nothing he could do for the lock itself. It was frozen and beyond fixing. He said in the future I should lubricate my lock regularly which is true!

The locksmith was upfront about prices and did quality work. When he noticed something else wrong, he showed me why it was a problem but didn't try to push a sale on me. I asked him to fix the entire lock anyway, he was again upfront about the change in price, and the entire time was dedicated to doing good, quality work. Was also a nice guy to chat with while he fixed my lock! Would definitely hire again.

I was locked out of my apartment when my cylinder broke. Lehman showed up in less than 20 minutes. The repair was quick, and I even got a maintenance tip - oil your lock every few months to keep cylinders in good shape. Can't speak to the price because I've nothing to compare. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their service.

They were phenomenal. Read other reviews, anyone complaining over price doesn't understand the value of quality work. Incredibly fast service(under 1 hr), responsive(called me back 2x), and professional (all pricing given up front). I paid less than 100$ for a relatively complex job fixing a lock, received maintenance instructions, and got suggestions on other security features on the door. Thanks Allan.

Extremely rude and unhelpful! The lock on the front door of my building got jammed late at night, and I was trapped in my building, so I called to see if someone would come out to fix it. The person on the phone immediately started yelling at me about how he'd already told me that I had to call my super and it was going to take an hour and a half. He insisted that I had called before and was incredibly rude. I tried to explain that someone else from my building must have called, not me, and he didn't believe me. Then he said I had to pay $245 in cash, and when I said I couldn't get cash because I was trapped in my building, he yelled at me again about my attitude and then said 'if you decide you still want help, call someone else' and hung up. I did call someone else, and they were much more reasonable.

This company is absolutely terrible! They ripped off my roommate and I because he took advantage of us being two young girls. After getting locked out of my apartment with no phone or anyone to call we called the locksmith from our neighbors flip phone and we couldn't get a connection but just kept repeating our address after finally getting some help the locksmith pulled up and we went to go talk to him because we wanted to cancel the service but had no way of letting him know even though we mentioned it on the phone. The man told me I must go with him and pay him and I thought I had no choice. I was scared for my life. As I climbed into his van and he told me terrible stories about his daughter being abused by her boyfriend and this was what I was hearing as he drove me to the bank and forced me to pull out $210 for canceling the service. This company is disgusting and I could never EVER recommend you call them. Don't even think about trying to cancel so just be aware of these people and stay safe guys.
