Absolutely terrible experience! The owner Yakov is extremely rude, unprofessional, and a shameless scammer. I used him once to before and the job was good, as far as I can understand. I recalled that he was extremely rude years back but decided to call him anyway. He was scheduled to come install new locks at my apartment yesterday. I ended up cancelling my plans because he insisted on coming right this minute. 30 minutes later I get a call from him. He made a mistake when reading the address and attempted to up charge me an additional $50 'service fee' for an extra 25 minute drive to my apartment. Do not do business with this person. Plenty of good locksmiths in NY that are respectful and operate with integrity. NOT THIS GUY! Stay away.
