I arrived without an appointment, I was greeted with respect and courteous service, I called all over the city, and once I left here I was a happy woman and all my needs were met, the prices are reasonable the service is absolutely wonderful I would recommend all my friends and family. Family owned and operated local business. Superior service with excellent results and very fair pricing. Thought I could change my lock on my door, turned out its a mortise lock, antique style, very old, so, complicated, for me at least. Called this shop and was told exactly what would be needed to be done, went in to get materials and was given further instructions, realized this was out of my comfort zone, it is after all the security of my house and a door used everyday. I then asked how much for them to come and do it, replace handles and dead bolts on front and side door as my side door handle and lock were also not great, the price was very reasonable. Best part, they were able to be at the house a half hour later (thank god because I had a giant hole where my front door lock and handle used to be.) The work was done beautifully, I watched as he worked and we chatted, very friendly. Everything functions perfectly now, its been a couple weeks. So pleased with the work that was done. Will definitely have them back out next time this type of service is needed. Would highly recommend!
