Doug was prompt, professional, very reasonable with pricing ,and best of all, honest. I had estimates up to $1400. Doug diagnosed the problem over the phone and showed up with everything necessary to get me on my way within the hour. He even cut two new keys on site for a quarter of the price others quoted.Recommend him? Absolutely! I give him 6 stars.

I live in Copiague and the key fobs for my car needed to be reprogramed. I called Douglas from ALL AUTO LOCKS. He asked me a few questions about what I needed said he could help and to come on over so I did. 30 minutes later I am sitting with a reprogramed working key fob, a new key fob programed and cut and I can lock and unlock my car until my heart is content!!! All for a reasonable price. Douglas was great, knew exactly what to do, resolved an issue and was very personable. Great Experience, Great Company... and problem resolved. Called Doug at 8am on a Monday morning to duplicate a key for my 2006 Range Rover. He showed up before 9am and was done within 15-20 minutes. Hes very knowledgeable and even the Land Rovers can be finicky he was able to duplicate a key for me with no issues!If youre on Long Island and need locksmith services, definitely call Doug!

First off I got myself into a pinch and Mr Lown was ready to help immediately. Home service which you can not beat . #1 Called and answered #2 very professional and explained everything to me, especially everything he was going to do. # 3 showed up waaaaayyyyy before he told me he was going to #4. On arrival Mr Lown explained everything again , and got to work. Mr Lown is a very friendly and just a nice guy. Pricing was extremely reasonable and honestly I would call him again for any future needs. I highly recommend. End of the day I called at 1145 am and had new keys in hand by 1pm. Dealership / stealership wanted much more money and would have been all day. Thank you Mr Lown!!!

My 2 year old threw out my key fob :(! I had called to a bunch of places getting pricing for my key and it was outrageous soooo its 2020 lets post on Facebook and get my friend recommendations. My girl Tina boasted how amazing Doug is and reasonable on pricing . So I called waiting to hear another $600 quote but he did it for HALF !!!!!!! AMAZING especially during a pandemic . He came right over and was done before I knew it . PHENOMENAL SERVICE !!!!!!

Doug, the owner at All Auto Locks, does all the work himself. He is extremely courteous, punctual, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. After my daughter lost her key on 3 different occasions I was mortified. Then I came across All Auto Locks and decided to give him a call ! Not only did he make an extra key for only an additional 45.00 he gave us an emergency door lock key my guess is just Incase you lock your keys inside the car for 0. To top it off I was at work an hour away from my 18 yr old and her 03 Volkswagen Beetle but he allowed me to pay over the phone compared to everyone else Id used he was by far the cheapest . Great experience! Update - 2 months later Same kid new problem - her car wasnt starting and I towed to my mechanic low and behold he states its not the car its the key ! so I called Doug ! He was right on it said no charge .. he contacted ME after a week of not hearing back from me.. came to my house immediately...it wasnt his key! My kid must have found one He was such a good sport ! I truly adore him
