I called to see if they were open so I could get two keys made. Arrived at the time I told him and the store was closed up. Called up and must have reached him on his cell phone and he told me he would be back in 20 minutes. after 45 minutes, he finally arrived and the employee said they had been at lunch. Worst of all, the keys did not work and he refused to refund my money. Worst locksmith ever.
